While in town for work- I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 months. The hotel was great- close and convenient to everything. The hotel property was always super clean- breakfast and coffee being ready in the morning made the start of each day a little bit easier.. and the the staff was amazing- especially Taylor and Quincy. Mackenzie and I will always stay at this hotel when in town. BTW- Mackenzie is my dog- and she loved it there as well.

Sierra and LaShondra at the front desk are incredibly helpful - even over the phone! I find that most front office staff (at other hotels) don't have the patience and follow through like Sierra and La Shondra! Thank you!!

My family stayed at this property and it was a breath of fresh air. It was super convenient to I-Drive but removed enough to be away from the chaos. Taylor and all of the staff were super helpful and answered all of our questions and requests. Even the housekeeping staff were super friendly! The pool was surprisingly warm and great for kids. The fitness and laundry facility were also sufficient. We would stay at this property again.

The hotel is lovely. Unfortunately the young man checking me in left a lot to be desired. While he seemed very helpful he was anything but. Seeing the room wasn’t ready he assured me he would call me with 20 minutes, unfortunately that never happened. When I came back an hour later there were 5 rooms now available and he was in a back room unwilling to help the gal who just started her shift. How very disappointing R.

Original room given was not made, had to go back and ask for another room, given the only other remaining room. Too much noise from the highway, all night. Bed is too hard. Did not sleep well. No airport shuttle.

Came in town for a softball tournament with a couple of my friends & I had problems with my reservation & Eli help me the whole way through to figure out what went wrong. 10/10 will recommend! Will definitely be back next time I’m on this side of town.

My stay at the Home2 Suites Orlando Southpark was very nice. Channel and the AGM couldn’t have been better. They were both kind, helpful and very efficient at their jobs. The hotels public space and rooms were very clean and well maintained. I can’t wait to stay there again.

My time at the hotel was right before the hurricane. My mom and 2 babies including myself enjoyed the location. Easy access on and off the highway. Eli went above and beyond from fixing the TV, ro cleaning the grills off for us. The breakfast there was amazing. Only thing I would suggest is to keep the animals out of the breakfast area
