Emilly was an amazing!! She was super attentive to me and my family. We need more people like her . Hyatt you got yourself a great employee! Hotel was super clean great amenities. My kids enjoyed the gym area as well super clean.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The family suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room provided enough space for my family during our down time from visiting parks. The breakfast was a bonus and help save on food costs. The hotel was conveniently located near the universal parks, which was in walking distance and saved on parking costs. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests when needed.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a drink by the fire pits while the kids had fun in the heated pool. Nice and close for our trip to Islands of Adventure!
Great resort, clean and nice size room and comfy beds. The hot breakfast was a treat each morning. Free shuttle to Universal parks, just couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. We did not use the pool and outdoor area but was also very nice big area.
If you are going to Universal Studios, this is my recommendation for you and your family. This hotel is like new, clean and the room is spacious with good views. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Around 10 mins drive going to Universal by car, 30 mins walk. Free delicious breakfast, late checkout at 2pm.
We loved the three bed options and the ~ 6 EV chargers. It was a good one-night stay before we checked into the Hard Rock hotel the next day. The free breakfast in the morning had lots of food options.
This is the second Hyatt experience I’ve had (one in Denver, Colorado was a nightmare) but this one redeemed the brand! I’ve had Hyatt points for years from my Chase card but they don’t normally have kitchenettes or free breakfast so I’ve stayed at Marriotts but the new Hyatt House line is as good as Residence Inns! Check-in with Roberto was great….he’s exceptionally friendly and professional and helped with all my questions! I met Jordyn one evening and she was also extremely friendly…this hotel has great front-end staff!!! We stayed in Room 803 which was quiet for our stay and SUPER CLEAN! Kudos to the housekeeping staff that will now come daily and make the bed and provide new towels, which was a great experience after the last couple of years of hotels refusing to do so! It’s about a 1.2 mile walk to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and it’s extremely easy and safe. There aren’t multiple sidewalks to get lost and it has fast crosswalk lights and is lit well at night. It took us about 25-30 minutes from the hotel to reach the parks, depending on traffic lights! Paying the hotel $15/night parking saves money from the $30/day parking fee at the park, plus you are walking around all day anyway. There is no doubt we will stay here again!…
This property is in a good location to access multiple parts of Orlando. The amenities were very well maintained, clean pool, fitness center, and lobby area. The room was spotless and comfortable. Great location and comfortable spot to stay and relax.
Very close and convenient to Universal Studios. The heated pool was fun for our children to swim in after days at the park. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful—they kept our son’s wand (from Harry Potter world) safe when he accidentally left it in the lobby one morning. Very happy with our stay and would stay there again.
We were very happy with the service, specially Emilly at breakfast made us feel at home with her attention to all of our needs. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Overall we had a great experience.
