The hotel was nice, seemed new, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable BUT the place was packed apparently with a lot of "youth future tennis pros" getting breakfast was impossible due to so many youngsters with no manners running around and then after the first night of our stay we returned after a long day of work at 5pm with no visit to clean the room. It was exactly as we had left it at 8am in the morning and no we did not leave the "no clean" card on the door. The room was huge and again clean but the bathroom seemed ill laid out, i'm not a large or tall person but yet my knees were hitting the divider wall and toilet paper holder on the other side of the toilet. Not sure if I would pick again.

Excellent, clean hotel. Great breakfast, Friendly staff. Gave us late checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Free shuttle to and from the Orlando Airport. Comfortable beds. Small, but enjoyable pool and deck. Overall a great place to stay while we waited for our flights the next day.

Very nice suites, and the bed is very comfortable. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Not complain about that, the only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. Breakfast is from 7-11 today in December 25, I came down at 10:15 and there was only scramble eggs left and couple of muffins. I had to ask for more bagels…. That was very disappointing and they should have full breakfast for everyone until 11am.

This hotel was functional and exactly what you need when getting off a long haul flight. The hotel itself has everything you need such as coffee machine, toiletries, towels and hair dryer. It has free packing and is ideally located to enable access to all the Parks and Orlando itself. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was limited but all willed up and available during breakfast times.

A nice and neat reprieve place with nice folks at the reception. Good breakfast, neat place and measured care for residents. A good place to come back and stay as it is close to dining (coffee) and shopping outlets.

Very clean and nice hotel. The location is not the best but for the price of the hotel, it was good enough. Very modern and up to date hotel. Enjoyed the stay there. People were very pleasant. The process of check in and check out was simple. No wait at all.

Booking & basic service was fine/ We carefully asked for a handicap-accessible bathroom with no tub, We did get a shower stall, but with NO HANDICAP-ASSISTING GRIP BARS in the shower stall\. Even worse, there were no non-skid strips on the floor of the shower, This is badly unsafe. How many accident lawsuits are you looking for here ??????

The hotel was clean and modern. Check in was flawless. The continental breakfast was good, there were various choices of hot and cold items. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and nightlife. Only minutes from OIA and a great choice.

The room was fine. We have stayed a few times at this hotel and each time the breakfast was just not up to par. Bhireakfast needs much improvement. The food was cold and had to be microwaved in order to be edible.

Checked in January 27, 2021. Told at check in that due to COVID rooms weren’t cleaned every day. Considering there’s a pandemic I thought that was a bit odd but still assumed the room I was checking into would be clean. As the saying goes, you know what happens when you assume. Upon entry we were met with hair. The toilet area did not have the appearance of cleanliness, the shower—more hair. After voicing our displeasure the front desk person offered to move us to another room but couldn’t confirm it would be better than the room we have since he couldn’t leave the desk to check it. We booked two nights but will be checking out in the morning. Disappointing and unacceptable to say the least.
