The hotel was located a short distance to the MCO Airport. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The only drawback would be the breakfast is not included, and they charge $10 per person, the outdoor pool was freezing ,and there’s no hot tub.

called the front desk upon arrival at pickup point 4 12:15 am, waited an hour, called back and was told the the driver went back home Uber 35 dollars Wanted a shuttle drop-off next morning and was told that all slots were fully booked Another 35 dollars

We were dropped at the airport at the complete other end of the terminal, opposite the spirit entrance. Driver told us to get off at incorrect entrance deliberately . Seems he was in a hurry. If you use the shuttle be diligent about the correct terminal. Don't rely on driver.

only 3 food choices at the bar extremely poor shuttle service, waited an hour at the airport and the can was full when we needed it to go back to the airport. One van serving 2 hotels is unacceptable. Hotel should have paid for the taxi if shuttle service can't be provided as advertised.

We needed a late check in and only one night. This place was perfect for us. The room was very basic, but extremely clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also have a bar and food. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Made a las minute reservation to have my disabled husband rest for a few hours until we take our second flight. I was told, they provided transportation to the hotel. When I called for pick up at the airport at 1:00am, there were no service and no one was able to help. They just advised to find my way there or i would have to pay the cancelation fee which was the whole reservation ammount. The Marriott transportation service guy was kind enough to help us out.

The facility and room were clean and nice, I would absolutely stay here again. Close to the airport, close to food places. Terrible shower water pressure but oh well. A bit pricey but worth it since it's a very nice place.

While the rooms were nice, everything else about our stay left a lot to be desired. At check in the front desk agent proceeded to hit on my boyfriend because she thought that I couldn't hear her. She asked if he'd need 1 room key or 2, and when he said 2 she asked if I was his wife and what type of girls he likes. Very forward and unprofessional. I ordered packages to the hotel before our arrival, and they did not give me all of my packages. When I enquired about the missing ones they told me there was nothing there. However, since following up with the company that I ordered from in an attempt to try and retrieve my package, they've said that they contacted the hotel and got them to return it to sender so they can reship it to me. Meaning that the hotel had my package the whole time that I was asking about it when they insisted that they didn't. Lastly, we chose that hotel because it had an airport shuttle to get us to the airport on the day of checkout. We arranged the shuttle for a certain time, but then had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes because the drivers were changing shifts. Which had we known we would have arranged it for earlier. Disappointed to say the least, because the facilities being so nice we really wanted to like it, but alas no.…

Had a confirmation # for a room, when I arrived we were told we did not have reservations and that they unfortunately could not accommodate us because they were booked full. They hand us their corporate reservation bookings and said they were sure we could find another room at one of their other facilities. They made no efforts to accomodate us and then billed our credit card for a no show.
