Benita Dodd in the front desk went above and beyond in taking care of me and my mother throughout our stay and she deserves recognition. Not many front desk staff know how to go above and beyond for the customer. This is a stay beyond no other and I will definitely be back. I will always remember the meaningful things she has done.

The room was very nice. Was able to walk across the frontage road to a nice restaurant. A friend and her son drove me there from Lakeland. Her son was really excited to get to go into a great play area at Kidiverse (next door to restaurant). I was especially pleased that after booking it in February and hearing there was no shuttle service to the airport, that there was now indeed a shuttle and it left exactly as scheduled.

there is a wonderful crew working the front desk! such a amazing location when we have a 5 am flight the next day…. I really appreciate the four pillows in each bed especially when you have to share a bed. what an amazing place to be! 5.5/5 recommend!

Awesome time, service was amazing. Ray was fabulous. Great location with a variety of restaurants. Denisha was very welcoming and helpful. Nice fresh towels. The airport shuttle is a bonus with an early flight.

They gave us 4 pillows and have cookies out! The staff was very nice and accommodating. We met some lovely Canadians who elevated the whole experience. Everything was very clean and would definitely come back.

The hotel needs a renovation. It is not very clean, has a smell throughout and the room we stayed in had many issues including a broken shower curtain, carpet that had rolls that caused tripping issues and if you like plastic cups, there were 2 and that was it; lack of towels, etc.

If I could rate it negative 5 I would. We checked in 30 minutes or less prior to check in and we’re charged 25 per room (we had rented two rooms). Hallways and elevator are filthy food and dirt everywhere! Then we go up to our room and the one room lance door is literally open. Get into our rooms the floors are super dirty and stained, bathroom is dirty especially shower and the rooms smell awful ( like a boys locker room to be exact). Linens are very stained on the bed, beds are severely bowed in the center, the one bathroom the faucet in the shower is not attached to the wall. Our wall air unit was cracked missing several pieces of the plastic (you could literally fit your whole hand into the coils). Asked house keeping for towels as rooms only had one or two total and she would not help us. Hallway to pool area smell was so over whelming it made me gag and my four year old even complained of the smell. Pool area was very dirty (metal wire on ground my kid picked it up), trash can literally has smell fluids running out from underneath of it and onto the cement around the pool area, various different things around and in the pool. Hot tub made your skin sting and gave immediate rash like maybe chemical were not correct in it (other guest also complained and got out immediately when we were down there of the same thing). We’re only at the pool are for a few minutes cause it was disgusting went back up to our rooms and the door was again open we knew for a fact we shut it and tested to make sure it was shut. After that we canceled our reservation and left the hotel! Would never recommend any one to stay here especially with kids!…

I am writing this as I stay at this hotel tonight. The rooms smell awful very musty and almost a urine smell. There is at least a 1 inch gap between the door going out of room and floor, the handle to open the door has to be turned upwards, and the bathroom is like an outside door. They really should update their bed linens the comforters/quilt like blanket is paper thin and dirty looking. I stayed here a year ago after a vacation and my room was nothing like this one. Also they charge a $25.00 early check in fee even if you are 45mins early and the room is ready. The bed is comfortable and it is nice to have the airport shuttle. Also the lady at the front desk was very nice.
