concierge is really timeshare pushers, guy at front desk refused to give me a parking pass because I would not go to there concierge desk. I have been coming to this resort for more than 10 years. Discovered the timeshare desk on our first visit. Left bad taste in my mouth, when we said no to presentation. Person got an attitude and ripped up the paper with the money offer that I turned down. So to make sure we have a good vacation and continue to love this resort we do not go nesr the timeshare ppl. First time I was refused a parking pass. Turned out I did not really need one. Pool not as warm as past. All in all good stay.

Property's Favourite Review
Our stay at Cypress Pointe Resort was wonderful. We stayed in a first floor three bedroom unit. I called to request the first floor and was greeted by friendly staff who added that to our reservation. The unit was spacious with three bathrooms, a kitchen that had everything we needed to make quick meals, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy family. The included washer and dryer was well used as we had just disembarked from a cruise. The resort is close to all of the theme parks, shopping and the airport. We took ride shares to and from the theme parks and once took the resort shuttle. That was so much easier than driving and parking to to the attractions. Every team member we met was friendly, professional, helpful and always smiling. They checked on us several times via text message which was very nice. We certainly will return to this resort should our travel plans bring us back to Orlando.…

Can't say enough good words about staff responsiveness and friendliness. 2 BR unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Pool was clean and perfect water temperature. Location is ideal for Disney and Disney Springs access. We plan to make this our regular start to summer vacation location.

I love the place, everything was very close to the hotel we didnt have to drive more then 30 minutes for anything (food, parks, gas station). the only problem I had was that the people on the room joint to us were super loud when they arrived while I was trying to sleep (i guess they didnt care/ or understood quite time) but that was not the hotels fault.

The resort is well located near Disney, Universal, and Sea World properties. We had a two-bedroom unit that was more than enough for our five vacationers (one slept on the pull-out couch in the main room). Folks at the front desk are friendly and efficient, the fitness room is large with a good selection of machines and weights, only issue with our stay is that two of the machines were out-of-order (but there was a duplicate). We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they seemed large and clean from our view. There is a cafe/restaurant on site which is good enough to be on Door Dash. We bought odds and ends from there several times.

This site had large, clean rooms. They could use an update, but not something I focus on. The value is there. We wish the volcano pool had a functioning volcano, but that is being really picky. The pool area is nice and there is a splash pad and playground for kids. The only thing they could really improve on is the shuttle service to the parks and the on site café. They has a little store that had great items with some hot food, but it would be awesome for the site to have an actual café or restaurant. I would stay here over and over again though, so that's the real review. :) Service was top notch.

Since I was not able to research in advance because this was a mystery booking, I probably would have passed on it because I have children. The 2 bedroom is probably the way to go because the suite has no privacy as the tub and shower are in the middle of the room. There is a single chair in the room so my kids laid on the floor which drove me crazy because it was old carpeting and next to the tub so probably always damp. Other than those things, the value was really good. I felt the area was convenient and safe. The staff were nice. There is no elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs or ask for the first floor. I didn't get to experience the pool or any amenities so I feel a little robbed of the resort fee but that was my fault. Also be prepared that they might try to have you stay for a presentation I firmly passed and they were respectful.…

Greetings, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your most recent stay at Cypress Pointe. We do apologize you and your party had to go through the studio layout, since it is a room designed mainly for just one person or a couple. The Front Desk team is always available to assist in the case of requesting a bigger room layout such as the two bedroom for bigger party. The property does have elevators but we always do our best to accommodate our guest on first floors to avoid the stairs situation. We do hope to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.

We booked thru RCi and of late when we've done this, the locations give us poorly kept rooms. This was not the case. We had a 3BR suite and it was updated, clean and very well-appointed. Everything in the kitchen was in working order and we had plenty of utensils, pans, dishes, etc. We were there in mid-May and did not experience any noise from outside/other guest rooms. Very Quite. Front Desk staff was super friendly. The location was great. Even though the property has been there for a while, there was considerable new construction - including grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity to the property. We were less that 15 minutes from Disney/Seaworld and less than 20 minutes from Universal. My only watchout - they did have a shuttle service to the parks, but it was one time in the morning (like 7am) and one time in the evening when the parks closed. We did not use the service.…

Great place with very nice spacious rooms and helpful staff within 15 minutes of Disney and Universal Parks. very close to I4 for easy travel to major parks. Also has shuttles to the parks. Helpful and friendly staff

Nice size units with full kitchen and laundry that were clean and with well appointed fixtures. The property is very close to all of the Orlando area theme parks. Friendly staff, that were welcoming and informative. They have daily activities we did not take advantage of those because we were hitting the theme parks everyday.
