We just returned from a Nice week at Cypress Point Grand Villas .We exchanged via RCI into a 3 bedroom . The size of the unit was very large and comfortable. We were 5 adults and the lock out unit gave good privacy for my mother in law.. Interesting to note that Cypress Point is actually 2 different resorts (...

I am a Diamond Resorts owner. I have stayed at Cypress Pointe a couple of times for business. There is Cypress Pointe Resort and Cypress Pointe Grande Villas. The Grande Villas are much nicer. Newer, quieter, two heated pools, store. The Resort is the first Phase of the two - in need of some updating - although still nice. We...

My husband and I stayed Nov 2009 with our teen daughter. The accommodations were perfect for us. That said, you must be aware that although there are 3-5 floors in the complexes, there are no elevators. That didn't bother us at all. We had a 3 bedroom lockoff unit and it was spacious. The lockoff that our daughter took, had...

My family had a horrible experience here. Early in the week it started... itching, scratching, but not knowing why. On the last morning, pulled the sheets from the bed and found bugs.. bed bugs. This resulted in another several weeks of agony, trips to the doctore, steroids, creams, etc. We had to destroy and replace our luggage and sterilize our...

We stayed at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas - Phase II mid November. We had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious for the four of us (2 adults 2 kids). The resort and the apartment were very clean and well maintained. Our kids loved the pools, which were like warm baths. We were about 5 minutes drive from Disney...

We just got back from a week with 8- 5 adults, 3 under 5yrs. old. Our check in was great, Brett help us with nearby units (both 3 bedrooms) and the first thing we checked out was the pool. Of course, every morning and evening was spent at the body temp. pool- awesome for the little ones. They never wanted...

We stayed here for 4 nights and although it was supposed to be a Diamond Resort upscale property, it was very low-end and we could have peeled the mold from the windows. This property has lots of potential, but needs to be refurbished. If you have allergies (which I do), I would avoid this property until it has been thoroughly...

We stayed at Cypress Pointe Resort in the 2nd week of November, a great time to visit the WDW theme parks. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group. We booked through the AFV Club which means we got a very reasonable price on a 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit for a week's stay. We were in a 3rd floor...

I booked a 2 bedroom in Cypress Point Grande Villas (phase II) through Hotels.com . I paid about 59 + tax per night for a two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen unit. When talking to the resort itself about a week out from my arrival date, I was told I was in phase I not phase II. While the differences...

Recently stayed at Cypress Pointe in a 2 bed for 4 nights and wished it was longer. This is a fantastic location close to lots of good restaurants. Shops and Malls very close as well. Very near Downtown Disney (ideal for early check-in with Virgin). The apartment was superb, very big, very clean and everything you could possibly want for...
