Great stay at this hotel. we had an early flight, they held our luggage till our room was ready and let us have an early check in as soon as room was ready. We used their free shuttle from the airport which was quick and easy. They recommended a wonderful restaurant to eat at while waiting for our room. The staff we dealt with in all areas were super helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and roomy. Pool area well kept we hung out there for a great afternoon. Breakfast buffet was great everyone in our party really liked all they had to offer. This area too well stocked, clean and very nice lady taking care of it . Overall highly recommend this hotel will definitely be staying here again.

This is close to the airport with shuttle service (make sure it is for Holiday Inn Express). The breakfast is great with good variety. There is gas station with food and snack available. Some rooms has 2 large bed for big family. Overall clean, excellent for overnight stay. The place usually short staff.

This hotel delivered on what is expected with a Holiday Inn Express hotel; it was clean, spacious, the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The entire hotel was clean from top to bottom; the lobby and corridors were airy and bright. This would be my top choice to stay near Orlando Airport. I couldn't have been more pleased. Front Desk Alaize was more than courteous and offer many local restaurant suggestions for local cuisine.

My husband and I were there recently. A very clean hotel. Rooms are a good size. Wonderful breakfast!! Manager Jordan and his staff gave excellent service. Staff constantly cleaning floor and carpets. Very well maintained. Close to airport and they provide a shuttle . Will definitely go back again.

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in a Holiday Inn Express and Suites property. I could tell almost immediately that this property was a take over of another hotel and they just put the Holiday Inn Express and Suites name on it. The room was really shabby and the mattress was the very worst I have ever attempted to sleep on. It was like lying on a slab of concrete and the linens were beyond scratchy, with pillows that were a total joke. The so called curtains they had in the room did absolutely nothing to block out the light from outside and the bathroom was not at all appealing to take a shower in. It had a super high walled tub that would have needed a ladder and the inside of the shower head was coated in a green substance. So - none of the features I am used to in this brand of hotel. No fabulous mattress and super soft and silky linens. No room darkening shades and no incredible walk in shower. Do not choose this property if you are hoping for a Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotel.…

Stayed one night (Dec 26, 22) at this property due to flight cancellation. Previous three nights I was staying at Doubletree by Hilton in downtown Orlando. Price of one night stay was not much difference then Doubletree but I felt that value for my money was much more then Doubletree. Breakfast and parking was included. Also, room amenities were much better then Doubletree. I came 12 noon for check in as I have to checked out from Doubletree. Front desk agent Jordon was very friendly and checked me in. He also asked for drop to airport. Room was surprisingly good with good touches and finishing. Breakfast in the morning was very good and had every breakfast items one need in the morning. Didn’t use any other facility due to short stay. Highly recommended

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We booked it without knowing anything about it and I had pretty low expectations. The room was really big the beds were very comfortable and the staff was completely amazing. A shout out to Joyce and Mike for making our stay memorable and pleasant. Those two deserve a raise by the way!

Had a nice 2 night stay. Check-in was easy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to make coffee in the room and going down for breakfast each morning. There were plenty of hot and cold items to choose from each day. We set the fan in the room to "continuous" and never had a problem with plane or guest noise. It was easy to get extra towels from the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on our first and last nights in Orlando because of proximity to the airport. The first room’s floors were greatly in need of cleaning. Second room was better. We had a couple of annoying experiences. We were waiting at the airport for the shuttle. We had to call a second time before we discovered there are hotel shuttle pick up spots in two different places at Terminal B. Wish they had made that clear before we waited over an hour. We were very annoyed to discover that we could not watch the Stanley Cup finals on television. The network it was broadcast on was converted to something called the tourist channel! We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known this. Finally, we could not get a shuttle to the airport at our preferred time of 6:00. We had to go on the 5:30 am shuttle. That meant we were too early for breakfast. They had nothing available for grab and go, not even coffee. I would have made a cup in the room if I had known. We would probably stay again if we had an early departure or a late arrival, and hope for fewer annoyances next time.…

Excellent hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool area with lounge chairs and dining sets. Free shuttle to and from airport. 7-Eleven nearby.
