Had to pay for parking in hotel parking lot. Carpeted floors everywhere we walked on hotel and in our room needed vacuuming and were stained. The bathroom mirror and cabinet in our room were dirty with toothpaste or lotion. Bathtub was extremely slippery, had to use a towel to stand on in tub to take a shower. Carpet and fixtures outdated. Signs posted housekeeping only will clean room when asked to do so.

Stayed in Apopka to visit family, but booked our last night at this property to be close to MCO for our flight back to CT the next day. Front desk was welcoming and friendly . Masks are required in lobby and staff was masked. They have a pool onsite (outdoor) & free breakfast, sadly we didn’t take advantage of either. I did book a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms & it was roomy and perfect for us! Very clean. Also has a great little kitchen! We needed a vacuum for our space saver bags when packing for travel & they brought one right up when we called. I used the Hilton app and it has a virtual room key which is super easy to use. FYI you can order through all the food delivery apps like door dash for delivery right to your room. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. We used this to take us to the hotel overnight so we could pick up our rental car the next morning before a Disney stay. The shuttle driver arrived within a reasonable amount of time and we friendly and helpful. Next morning, another driver took us back and was also very nice. Check-in was easy and fast, and we received our complimentary waters. Room was clean, though a bit dark. Bed was comfortable and there is a large closet for clothes and/or suitcases. TV stations were plentiful. Toiletries were basic - one shampoo, conditioner, and lotion with soap. I am sure you could request more, but we checked in late and made do. There was an alarm clock, but no paper and pen. The only problem we had was the HVAC unit in the room is very loud and interrupted our sleep. We did not report this while there, as we left early the next morning but did mention it in a follow-up survey. Free breakfast is great; make your own waffles, and a selection of many other breakfast items, juices, coffee, etc. There are several restaurants and small stores within walking easy walking distance.…

Booked a non cancelable reservation for 13 days, hotel had free parking listed in app and everywhere I looked. . Upon arrival I find out you need to pay $15 a day to park in the hotel parking lot. I now need to pay over $200 to park at the hotel for my entire stay. IM SO MAD I made the reservation with no option to cancel. The second I pulled in and saw the pay to park signs I wanted to turn around and leave. When comparing hotels for my stay I literally checked every hotel I looked at to make sure there was free parking.

BEWARE! The Hilton website states this hotel has free parking, but it charges $15 a night. This is not charged by the hotel but by a private parking company through a QR code. When we complained at check in, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. We could choose not to pay, but she couldn’t guarantee our car would be there is the morning. Since we had no real choice, we paid for the parking and will be filing a complaint with Hilton. We were reserved for another night here, but we canceled and booked at another hotel.

Overall, this is a very nice extended stay hotel. The staff are very pleasant and easy to interact with. The area is nice, there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from the hotel. You are close to the airport so the pickup and drop off are quick and easy via the provided shuttle. If you come into to Terminal C it make take a bit longer since it is located farther away from the other terminals on the airport. The hotel has a small, heated pool and good number of chairs around it. There is also 2 BBQ's and a nice fire pit as well. Just ask the front desk to turn on the fire pit if you want it. If walking is your thing, there is are good areas to walk behind the hotel and also a large frisbee golf park too. The wifi is sufficient for most tasks and streaming. Don't expect to download large files in a timely manner though. The kitchenettes are fairly well equipped, and the full-size fridges have icemakers. My only two knocks on this hotel are it is feels like it is due for a refresh. The couches in the rooms are not comfortable for me personally. The TV's are small and out dated 37" LCD TV that are over a decade old and some are getting DIM. It would be nice to see them put in 55" TV on a quality pivoting wall mount. …

Our family (2 grandparents, 2 adults, and 2 children ages 6 and 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with living room and kitchen. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was spacious, updated, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was in easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. The airport was an easy 5 - 7 minute drive away. We were very pleased with our stay. The only small downside for us was that there was no kiddie pool.

Just don’t. The only good thing I can say is the girl who checked us in was very nice. Our room was not cleaned from the previous stay. YUCK! The kitchen table , desk and night stands were greasy and dirty. YUCK! We brought take out in and put it on the kitchen counter. Started watching basketball on TV. Little did we know there were sugar ants everywhere! LOVING our food. YUCK! The bathroom sink had black whiskers all over the faucet where someone had shaved YUCK! Oh! and there was a wet bar of soap left in the shower. YUCK again. Crawled into bed and I said to my husband what is going on? Is the bed short sheeted? He said yeah, I think so! The sheet was folded in half at the middle of the bed. I tore it all apart so we could cover up with the sheet. Seriously? If this is how you treat your Diamond members guess I should look at Marriott. Don’t spend your $$$ at this hotel. Stay at the Courtyard next door! Or ANYWHERE else for that matter!…

This hotel is close to the airport and situated among dozens of other hotels and plenty of chain eateries. Overall the staff was extremely incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. Other than that, I can't recommend this hotel. The breakfast wasn't great but wasn't terrible either. Typical of a free hotel breakfast these days I guess. The managers reception on Wed evening can be absolutely skipped. The floors are very thin and even someone lightly walking across the floor sounds like an elephant. If they slide out a chair, it sounds like the hotel is collapsing. The part that really bothered me was the fact that my room was never serviced or cleaned over a two week stay. I even asked about it. I ran out of toilet paper and had to get towels from the pool. I'll request to stay somewhere else in the future.…

We returned for another extended stay at the airport Homewood Suites. Accommodations are comfortable and service is excellent. The suite kitchen allowed us to fix many meals and we especially enjoyed the Wednesday evening light meal during which Daryl does a super job. Shuttle service with Sharletta, Ricardo and Jose was prompt and friendly. Desk managers Gabrielle, Noah, Dia, Michelle, Angelica and Vanessa were personable and efficient, as was general manager Husein. We look forward to returning.
