We typically travel with pets and appreciate that LaQuinta allows pets and most locations do not charge an extra fee.Pets were free at this location and it was only about a 15-20 min drive to everywhere we needed to be. Easy access to the major roadways. Went to an event at the stadium downtown and also visited Disney Springs. Isn't the nicest/cleanest LaQuinta we have ever stayed in. Appears to be a little older and could use some updates. Staff was all very friendly and check in and check out was easy

We stayed here during a trip to Orlando as we had pets with us. The room had to be disinfected before the wife would sleep there. We would have moved but too much trouble with the dogs. This hotel is old and needs updating. The area is not great as there was illegal activity going on at the end of the building. Scarry looking people hanging out at end of building. The grounds were littered with condom wrappers and syringes. not a place for families. Stay away

Horrible smell throughout hotel and inside the room.
Toilet didnt flush well. The tub didnt drain well either. Floor inside room was dirty Nd sticky. No real breakfast, even though it was advertised. We were given a paper bag with an orange, small water bottle, muffin and granola. And if you wanted more, you had to buy them at $3. Are you kidding me? I went across the street to Melao Bakery and got a huge delicious breakfast sandwich for $3.49
Only good thing about the hotel was its location... thats it.

The La Quinta Inn and Suites in the Seattle/Tacoma area are well kept and presentable. When deciding upon a hotel to stay in while vacationing in Orlando, FL. I came upon this La Quinta. Reasonable priced at the same time. Long story short, the property was not well kept or presentable. There was, apparently, some remodeling taking place. There was furniture in huge piles behind the hotel. The stairwell to the 3rd floor smelled like urine. The hallway to the room was dirty. The doors to the rooms were paint chipped. The room itself was small and musty. The front desk attendant was on his air pods talking to his cousin at the same time while checking me in. Within 15 minutes, our reservation was cancelled and we left the property. The property owner needs to get his money back because the remodeling in progress will not help this property. Also, the pictures presented online of the rooms cannot be from this property. If I could give no stars I would.

As soon as we walked into the hotel it smelled like cigarettes. Their was a sign saying if their is any smoking they will ask you to leave immediately but I don’t believe they should have that sign up if they hotel is not going to follow their own rules. We go up to our floor, 3rd floor all you smelled was marijuana luckily are room was the last Romy of the hallway and we didn’t get the smell inside the room. But as soon as you would step out that all you would smell every moment within the day. So we got tired of it so we just went down the stairs so we wouldn’t have to smell it and what a big surprise the stairs were absolutely disgusting food just thrown on the floor and piles of it! On every floor of the staircases. Luckily the smelled didn’t come into the room and that’s the only reason we stayed. On top of that we had the AC at 65 degrees on Fan and the room wouldn’t not get cold we couldn’t even cover ourselves with a blanket because it would get that hot. The room would cool down and then it would come back up and get hot again. Do not stay at this hotel! This is a disgrace to La Quinta name. I have only every stayed at La Quinta and that’s why I chose this one but this hotel should not be with La Quinta name.

The tub immediately filled with water. Completely clogged. Would not service because no maintenance man on site. Tried water in another room, standing water again in tub. That one would eventually drain. Need to rotor all pipes so drainage water will drain out.

After check in, a couple walked out from elevator and clearly were doing illegal activities in elevator! Walked right past guard who did nothing. It was obvious and blatant. Upon driving to find a spot around back is broke down cars. We found a spot in front. We decided we were checking out after school orientation at UTI/MMI, if traveling with pets save yourself the time and money and book at the Wyndham Garden at Universal. Had I read all the reviews and not the Wyndham app description we would HAVE NEVER booked! Just not in a safe area!!!! After calling and putting in a complaint the hotel really did nothing and there was a serious lack of concern for the issues at hand. The nighttime security guard was also mingling with the pretty sketchy people hanging out at end of building. We tried to get close to campus but it’s better to drive a little! Rooms outdated, mold in bathroom and hallways smell of weed. The parking lot is very unkept litter all over. Disappointed to say the least. We decided to cancel the rest of stay ans move to the Wyndham Garden.

The bathroom baseboards were full of mold, the shower curtain was full of mildew, the room smelled of cigars (I asked for a non-smoking room), the room was damp and smelly, it was not a good experience. I booked through booking.com and it said the room was non-refundable, because we were only staying overnight until 7am the next day I just told my family to get through the night. I will never book through booking.com again. I have stayed in other LaQuinta Inn's before, never one this bad.

I booked two rooms to stay at this La Quinta from April 22nd - April 23rd. My family and I were going on a cruise on the 23rd and the boat left from Orlando. First of all when we arrived at the property, one of the customers was at the desk yelling at the front desk associate because he said someone broke into his room and stole his belongings. While he was yelling at the employee, someone else came down to complain about the charges on their bill. The lobby did not look clean at all and the décor looked bad. The couches did not look clean and they weren't even arranged nicely. We had no choice but to stay here because we just left Universal Studios, it was really late and we had to get up early for the cruise or we would have left for sure. We get our keys and go to the room. The rooms were disgusting! They did not clean the rooms at all. The bathroom curtains had mold on them. The carpets were dirty in the room the tub was not clean, their was dust everywhere. We were so disgusted we slept in our clothes and checked out as early as possible the next day. Give them climate were are in with COVID you would think that the rooms would be cleaned immaculately but they weren't! They were filthy. The door locks were loose and one of our rooms, the latch was broken off. We did not feel safe at all in this hotel. I will never stay at this location again. They really need to revamp this location.

This place is a pigpen....understaffed, broken facilities in the rooms, could not provide a key card for the entire stay. Total pigpen..Would never consider and La Quinta or Wyndham facilities for any future business travel

It's your average complimentary(and remember, it's complimentary) breakfast. It was good. There was enough to eat. The trip to Disney was not even 1/2 hour. Possibly 20 mins.
There is only shuttle service to Universal, and it must be booked in advance. There may be a fee, I'm not sure. I took uber and it was fast and cheap. The hotel is about 20 minutes from MCO.
Can you please be a bit more specific....do they have shuttle service to the airport? or to the attractions? Thanks,
