The management and staffing needs serious overhauling, I would never visit this location again. I don’t see myself ever making a reservation at La Quinta Inn in the near or distant future. We paid money for a reason, it’s not like we were staying at the Inn for free.

Awful place. Smelly, carpet pulled up in places. a TV so small it was hard to see, rusted shower handle, uncomfortable bed and rude staff. I could barely get the shower on. The cleaning staff lined the hallway in the morning and made it difficult to walk through. The breakfast was supposed to run to 9, but was pulled up at 8:45 leaving several guests without food. We will never be back and never recommend them.

Unsafe area. Did not know if I was going to get robbed or shot. I do not recommend this area to stay in. I moved closer to sea world to a much nicer and safer family friendly area. Pay a little more for a cleaner and safer place.

Extremely dirty and very bad smell, bathroom has mold and fungus, hallway has extremely bad cigarette and cigars smells.i would not recommend anyone to use this property, very dangerous for anyone personal health.

Confronted with a list of additional rules on check-in including an admission that anyone requesting maid service needs to ask each time. After asking for maid service, received none. HVAC broken and too hot to sleep well. Breakfast missing for the first two days of a night stay. The worst La Quinta ever!

This was by far the worst LaQuinta we have stayed at. Filthy rooms, toilet wouldn’t flush, no blankets on bed, reeked of cigarette smoke, lights flickered. Although the staff was friendly, and did their best to make our stay better by moving us to a different room,it was a terrible experience. Hotel should be closed until the renovations are complete.

The place has gone terribly downhill over the years. This time was the worst and I won't be back here again. I can appreciate the "renovation," but even the renovated room I got was pretty bad. The place was noisy with a dog that would bark any time someone would walk by, and someone liked standing the the stairwell and smoke. There was no breakfast like there used to be, but you'd get a ticket when you checked in entitling you to a "grab bag" that had a cinnamon roll, muffin and tangerine in it. The carpet is filthy, and the shower control in my bathroom, along with many other things, were simply falling out of the wall. I also had 2 bath towels and that was it. Not worth the money at all, and I was told I'd receive a refund on 1 of 2 nights. We'll see. Avoid this hotel... no longer a nice place to stay. Oh yea... police had to come and toss a guy who decided to come in off the street and sack out on the lobby couch. Really nice.…

Quick in and out trip, to meet family close by.. this was a really good stay, most importantly the cleanliness of the hotel was great. I enjoyed this stay if I’m come back to Orlando I will stay at the location again

I will never stay there again! The staff was nice, and location was good. Aside from that many things were different from what was on the site. The non-smoking room had cigarette butts and smelled like it, the room had roaches and was so dirty that our pet ingested something she found under the bed and ended up at the emergency vet with a bill of over $600.00 just in X-rays. The advertised fitness center didn’t exist, and the swimming pool and it’s area were not available. The Breakfast Buffet didn't exist either, it was replaced by a grab&Go bag with a small bottle of water, a tangerine, a cereal bar and muffin. Considering the noise during the day there is a remodeling going on making it difficult to work. All that should have been said at the site but it was not. I paid for comfort and amenities that didn’t exist during our one week stay. If the site was honest about what the hotel had to offer I would have made a different choice, but after our arrival no other places were available in the area.
