The website presents itself as totally non-smoking. The halls and elevator smell heavily of smoke. I have COPD and my lungs reacted immediately. The room; however, did not smell. Our room had no phone or clock and the bathroom door did not close. The frame appeared broken. We were only staying for one night for an event at the Mead gardens so we elected to stay. I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel by any standard. We would not book again.

Perfect stay. Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Rooms are newly renovated and lots of storage space if you are on a long stay. Linens on demand and housekeeping when needed. Definitely would stay again for the short trip to Winter Garden, Apopka, Maitland, and Orlando!

Rooms were newly renovated, Fair price for weekly rates. Clean surroundings and staff friendly with positive attitude. Highly recommended. Parking lot is more than enough and newly paved. Overall for family with a pet this is the place.

The manager and staff are awesome. They maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and are very accommodating. Moved in and soon after they changed the entire furniture and bed which was amazing. Great team!

I’ve been staying here a week and love it!!! Super quiet and peaceful and the rooms are very nice. The kitchen they have is a lot bigger than I was expecting. The perfect room for a family vacation!!!

Spending time in at this location has not been necessarily bad perhaps one would say this location has improved to having wonderful staff with great passion for their work. My hats off to Rochelle at the front desk having to deal with all the insults from others, especially when it’s only her job. Great people!

Rochelle had a great attitude amazing customer service and it’s really clean it was also dog friendly the rooms smell really clean and the shower has really good pressure everything that you can think of in a hotel for my personal experience. I can’t speak for anybody else. This was just perfect for the time that I needed occupied in Orlando Florida and would you believe there’s so many stores so close to the hotel
