This was our second time visiting over spring break. This was the cheapest price I could find for a water park pass in the Orlando area (about $25/person). To be honest, our family loved it! There are only 4 bigger slides, but it kept my teenage boys happy for hours. There is a HUGE outdoor play area with all of...

We paid over $125 for a day pass to the water park - total waste of money. Could have been ok, but park was packed to the gills (what is the capacity on this place??) Lots of unsavory clientele, lifeguards and staff were extremely unprofessional (drinking cans of Coke while supervising, not intervening when guests obviously cut in line or...

I was concerned and having pretty new baby inhaling moulds and giving the kids a bath with moulds not really how I picture our vacation. After wasting my 1...

Their "free shuttle" to Universal is a joke. They won't tell you when you check in that you have to go to a different desk and get a "Boarding Pass" to ride the shuttle and that if you don't have one you can't ride it. And if you are not there in person to get one for the next day...

Needless to say I didn't book Friday and when we arrived for checking our package came with four wristbands for the water park at 6p... I had mentioned my...

This hotel is very old and needs redone. Our room smelled very musty causing my daughter to get large hives. Fridge needed defrosted and froze everything we put in it. Coffee maker had no coffee pot. Shower took 20 minutes to drain. Sink was a bit slow to drain as well. Paint on the ceiling was coming off in large...

Just recently stayed at the Coco Keys on a 2 week holiday in Orlando and really couldn't fault it. Stayed in a room on the 5th floor which has just been updated and it was spacious. The kids loved the water park which can get really busy, but still got plenty of space. Staying at the hotel you can use...

I booked this hotel for spring break thinking it would be fun for the kids. The waterpark is fine but DO NOT ever book a room there!!! This place is so dirty and disgusting! The rooms all smell moldy, the cleaning people are awful and we saw a roach run across our bed!!! this place is soooo gross!
