This place is god awful! Don’t let the photos fool you they are extremely outdated. Roaches in all the rooms. Ordered food from their restaurant and the fries were like cardboard as is if they had been sitting out to hours. One of their employees tried to sell my teenager daughter drugs. Don’t bring your family here it’s not safe who knows what could happen paid all this money for nothing!

The water park is decent. The little kid pool was fun for my daughter. The slides were fun for the big kids. We had lunch at the cafe. The food was quite expensive, and mostly mediocre at best. The mozzarella sticks were so lackluster they went uneaten. The room was clean, but had cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall we would t return, but it was a mostly decent stay.

we went to Starbucks our entire expedition, Katherin and Edmili were amazing!!!. they were super generous and kind the whole time, we DEFINITELY made two friends there. if by chance you go there u need to meet them

Francisco at the Tiki bar is everything and more. He definitely will be the reason I return. My husband and I both enjoy coming to the bar each night. Whatever you do keep him at the bar lol. Thanks we really enjoyed this trip so far

Omgggg! We had soooo much fun! We went for Spring break, the water park was fun! The bartender Francisco at the Tiki bar by the water park area was nice and friendly! He made me a Jamaican Punch in a loaded pineapple and it was chef kiss 🤌🏾🤌🏾! Def recommend!!!!

I booked a night here last minute with my three young kids (9, 7, 4) years of age. We LOVED it! The Tiki Bar (Francisco was my server) was perfect to enjoy while my kiddos played in the heated pool! 10/10 we will be back!

The rooms were a 3 out of 5!!! I love having the water park in the back of the hotel. I went to the bar(tiki bar) and Francisco was so funny !!! He was super friendly and very attentive . I will definitely come back to this hotel because of him and because the hotel is combined with a water park. And it is right next to Disney and islands of adventure. Kid friendly and adult fun!

I checked in with my 2 & 4 year old sons as well as my 11 year old niece. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was worth it. It was a little chilly outside but the indoor water park water was warm. There was plenty of space and extra towels. The arcade was awesome. We enjoyed ourselves, felt very safe, everything is close by and will be back very soon.
