Fort Wilderness is awesome. The negatives are they will allow any amount of campers on one site. We stayed in October, and in the 1600 Loop we counted a minimum of 20 kids piled into tents, and there were 3 sites the same. I must say that the Kids kept it down to a respectful roar after 11:00 PM. The...

Loved it here. Check in was very quick. It was my children's first visit to Disney World and we were given pins, coloring books and crayons. Our sight was very wooded and secluded. The golf cart rides were great. We rented from Tee Time Rentals for 1/2 the price of Fort Wilderness. They drop off and pick up too! The...

This was our third stay in the cabins at Fort Wilderness. We have four daughters and the cabins provide the needed space for a family of six without the typical hotel set up of bed - tv - bathroom, "now what do we do with ourselves?" dilemma; especially on a day off from the parks. The cabin is pretty well...

As a native South Floridian and avid traveler to the Walt Disney World resort, I have visited numerous times and stayed at all tiers. As this trip included three adults and two young children staying for 5 nights/6 days, I was looking for a cost and space effective option for our party, and the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort...

I really loved staying at Fort Wilderness cabins! There were four of us, all adults. We've stayed at a few different properties, but my husband really loved FW as a child. Out stay was excellent. Housekeeping was amazing, as always. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, excluding food obviously. My husband and I slept on...

The Walt Disney Company Walt Disney created really no longer exists. What exists now is a mammoth, money-hungry institution whose sole purpose is to separate you from as much of your money as possible. As a "local" (30 minutes away), I first went to WDW in 1972, only because my parents wanted to wait until the grand opening crowds eased...

The cabins are amazing. They have a full kitchen and plenty of room. There is lots to do in the campground as well. Transportation is around every few minutes. Great place to stay! Close to the magic kingdom. You can watch the fireworks from the beach every night.

This place is ideal if you wanna try camping in the woods. It is situated close to the Magic Kingdom and has all the facilities you need. The office rent the tents and set it up for you for $30 which is a good deal.

Big fan of everything Disney! campground was great, beautiful, golf cart great idea, most of the staff extremely friendly, but unfortunately it was one the hottest September weekends ever! so taking a shower a couple of times a day was a must, but comfort station in loop 300 was not maintained clean and the ac was broken in women's bathroom...

We stayed at the campgrounds in our RV. The site was clean and we were close to the comfort station and the bus stop. We did not rent a golf cart and just used the buses or our feet. This might have been a problem if we had small children, but since I'm the youngest (24), it wasn't an issue....
