It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like mold. The lights were flickering, the curtains were dirty, the outside was filthy, and our next-door neighbor is a prison. I wouldn't recommend ever staying here.

Would not recommend or stay at this location again. Reserved a King room over a month in advance & did not have that available when we checked in nor have the amenities our reservation indicated we would have.

This place is disgusting and not safe our view was the prison and room was horrific should not be considered a whynham hotel when I ask to speak to management front desk girl said manager doesn't speak to customers and they also require a $100 cash deposit! Like who even does that ! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

The hotel staff is so friendly and welcoming. It elevated the whole experience! We mostly stayed outdoors attending EDC fest so it was a good place to crash as it is close to fest location. The pool is nice and clean.

I want to say how impressed I am with this hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the young lady named Rosa was a doll she helped us do much and made sure our stay was good she always had a smile on her face and was always singing to the songs playing in the lobby

I booked this hotel as a last minute deal via another website. It was cheap and we were tired. The website charged a $4.00 resort fee. However, upon check-in, they charge you a $4.00 non-refundable room key fee. That seems ridiculous, but how else are you going to get in the room. Then they charge a $100.00 deposit (not a hold), per person. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days or you can pay cash and be refunded at checkout. I just stayed at a 4 star hotel a couple weeks prior and they placed a $50.00 hold per room and was released instantly at check out. Just seems a little excessive. The Good: Clean Rooms Well Lit Plenty parking AC was ice cold Clean Linens and Towels Exterior rooms, but convenient elevators Comfortable beds Clean exterior Next to interstate Good water pressure The Bad: Small, thin towels (I have 32" waist and barely fit around) No conditioner (shampoo was provided) Outdated furniture TV channel guide is out of date TV was small for the room Remote didn't work Right next door to the jail No breakfast Shower and bathroom tile showing signs of age and water damage…

The room had no phone service, not raven to comunicate with the front desk. At one time a saw a customer using the front desk phone to make a call. Also no internet service, when asked it was informed that it was due to hurricane Ian and the service call was placed but still not repaired. The room had roaches also. Terrible experience, one that will not be repeated!
