This hotel has had a recent renovation but the floors feel tacky when you walk on them. Makes you feel like the floor is nasty dirty. The outside walkways haven't been mopped in several months. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking outside.

I have seen some not so great reviews but I can't say I had any of those experiences. I had a quiet room away from the pool. the place was clean. I have stayed in a lot worst places.... a lot worst. this was overall genuinely pleasant and reasonably priced for the holiday weekend. The fact there were a few restaurants in walking distance was a plus. I had no bad experiences. I realize that the place had recently changed names and management so there is a time of transition perhaps the previous reviews were a reflection of that time period. I think that the only negative I can muster is the breakfast that was included. I'm a breakfast eater so it left a bit to be desired. frozen eggs thawed and heated, and deli ham heated. there is room for improvement. For kids it would be fine with the variety of cereals, muffins, and breads but for me I would rather walk the short distance to the Denny's or IHOP. Additionally the housekeeping didn't seem to have a regular schedule One day they would be around in the morning and other days they would be around in late afternoon.…

This was an amazing hotel for the price! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, outdoor access to rooms was nice, the pool was so great with the splash pad! The pool bar made us dinner one night and it was way better than we'd expected for a pool bar! Breakfast always included waffles plus more. The little pond on the property is home to some Florida turtles that entertained our kids quite a bit and the staff were all so helpful and kind- we'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved it. Check in staff very friendly, our room so comfortable and suited our needs. Having a refrigerator and microwave blessing. The pool bar for drinks/food plus breakfast buffet amazing. Close to so much for a great price!

The bed was very uncomfortable and room smelled. Luckily the majority of our trip was not spent in the room. The location is perfect for going to Universal and the pool is nice. Definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend.

This hotel was out of a horror movie, it was so so bad…the room was a run down place, the main front door was unsecured it had a great big hole underneath which a rat can come through! The bed looked as though it has been warned out and full off stains!! You can hear domestics going on through the night!! Finally to top it all off ‘ no internet’ when you complained the staff were so rude!!! I said enough is enough and checked out immediately. The biggest disappointment was that Booking.com listed this ad a 3*!!! It should never had been listed!!!

Very close to Universal and ither attractions. The rooms were clean and the A/C was on polar bear mode which was great. Decent price with free breakfast with decent variety. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice along with a kids splash zone area. Oh yea it had a bar but does close at 11:30pm. I would definitely stay here again.

Working in the area nice clean place for the price if I’m in the area I would definitely stay again only one recommendation repave the parking lot too many pot holes also cut the trees that branches are in the way of the parking spaces

The staff was rude, the shuttles are not what you think, they're free, but they do not inform you that you have to go on a website 2 hours ahead of time and that still doesn't guarantee you a seat and the shuttles only run for a small window in the morning in a small window in the evening and that doesn't guarantee that the shuttles actually going to show up or be where it says it's going to be. And if you have an issue with the shuttle, the staff is completely useless and will not help you, also, if you want your door to shut, you have to throw your whole body against it and if you like to sleep peacefully then you better have ear plugs because either someone's going to be screaming at 4:00 in the morning outside or the bed beside you is going to sound like it's falling apart at the slightest movement. Oh yeah, and if you're looking forward to a good breakfast with lots of options in the morning because it's free, you will be sadly mistaken.…
