This place is always a gem. It’s a perfect combination of tranquility, with amazing lake views, and activities, with two pools, BB court, tennis court, volleyball, playgrounds and planned activities from the resort. Grand Beach Resort was perfect for our adult family of 6 plus infant. Perfect number of rooms for us, great arrangement of space, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The resort is close to local attractions. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

One of the worst stays that we've had as owners at HGV. The room had several maintenance issues, i.e. trim coming off the wall, mold and mildew in the showers, no true roll in shower despite being told it was. Additionally, we have a member of our family that is deathly allergic to dogs and chose this property because of their no tolerance policy towards pets and emotional support animals, with the exception of true service animals, which I agree with. But to be told they had the policy but couldn't enforce it because of state law leads me to believe that the rooms are not safe for my husband.

This is a solid timeshare condo hotel that was recently brought into the Hilton family of properties. We stayed in a three bedroom unit for three nights booked through an online travel agency. The unit was in excellent condition with bathroom fixtures, furniture, beds, appliances all in a pretty new state. I think it was recently refurbished. The wifi in the unit worked fine as well as by the pool area. There are about 10-ish buildings of about 5 levels on the property and parking is located both on the ground level under the building and adjacent. We have stayed at other timeshare properties in the Disney area and this one had a more functional space and living area. The full kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice dining table that seated 6 people comfortably. It made for a nice way to gather for meals. The pool area was very good although I could see it getting crowded during peak season. The grounds are well maintained and there is a small dock area for water activities on the lake. We did not use the barbecue grills scattered around the property but they appeared to be in good condition. The location is pretty convenient to the Disney parks with your car. About 12-15 minutes to the parking lots of any of them. The street where it is located is not too busy so it's easy to drive in and out of the property. Check-in was straightforward. There is a $200 deposit that they take upfront in case of damages, but it is refunded at checkout. Checkout was simple using just a text message. The three bedrooms consisted of two bedrooms each with a king bed, large soaking tub, and stall shower. The third bedroom had two twin beds and a detached bath in the hallway. We would definitely stay here again. …

This was a great place to stay when taking our mom to Disney for the first time. The accommodations were excellent. We rented the 3 bedroom which has 3 baths. The space was large, we loved the screened in balcony. The pool was awesome and it was nice to be on the lake. We had a fabulous time. We took an Lyft to Disney for around $20 each way and an Uber to Universal for around $25 each way. It was worth not messing with parking. Price of rides vary depending on time of day. I would highly recommend this location and resort for anyone traveling looking for extra space.

We had a great stay at Grand Beach. It was close to everything! It is a clean hotel and has great amenities. The property is nice. They are currently doing construction and renovations so I would say it was a little dated, but the rooms and the beds were clean and cozy and that is all we cared about. 10/10 would stay there again! Only reason for 4 stars was the construction happening Monday-Friday and was noisy in the morning when trying to sleep in.

This was our second stay at Grand Beach. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the property very much. Staff is super friendly. Grounds were beautiful. We will absolutely be back! Our room had a beautiful view of the lake which was awesome in the mornings chilling out with breakfast and coffee. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed 4 nights at the Grand Beach and was presently surprised. We reserved a 2 bedroom unit, but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. Our room, #214, was perfectly located to the main lobby, pool, playground, lake, and to a parking garage. The unit was also impeccably clean, even the dryer filter was spotless. Our toddler and her cousins enjoyed running around and it was nice to be able to cook in the unit and host our family in one place. We opted for this unit because of the full kitchen, proximity to Caribe Royale (where my sister was getting married), and for the price. You cannot beat the value.

Everything about our stay at this resort was great! It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved that in our 1-bedroom unit the bedroom was separated from the living area by a wall & door with venetian blinds. That way my husband who gets up early could go out and turn on lights or watch TV without disturbing me, yet we could also open the blinds so that light could come in and the living area didn't seem so small. The grounds crew was always cleaning and they were friendly, too, answering questions we had about the plants, etc. We loved that equipment for activities was put out everyday for use rather than having to walk all the way to the office to "check out" equipment. We played Pickleball for the first time and really enjoyed it! Two pools. Ample parking. Covered areas and hammocks along the lake to sit and relax. We even sat out there during a storm and enjoyed the sound of the rain on the lake! Everything about this stay was great and we would definitely return and highly recommend it!!…
