Book elsewhere. Not at all clean. Unhelpful. Discourteous. Too many roaches to count and this was in daylight. We had no choice but to stay but got absolutely no sleep wortied about all the bugs crawling everywhere

La quinta is my favorite hotel, but this specific one is not. Nice at first, but second day, roaches started to appear, even on our bed. Found 6-8 in our 6 day stay. Very traumatized, might only get Airbnbs for now on.

Good value for money and nice location close to Universal, Helicopter rides, restaurants and grocery shopping. Only drawback is one shuttle during the day to Epcot and Universal. Good value for money property.

Great deal , clean and friendly. I would recommend this place, and I will definitely be back. Next time with my dog. The girls at the Front desk gave me a number for a pet sitter. Front desk was amazing, super friendly and informative! Breakfast was nice, Mickey Mouse waffles were delish and a cute touch!

Me and my wife stayed here for 10 nights, we were very pleased with everything. We didn’t plan on staying in the room much as had busy days, the beds were large and comfortable, the room was clean and we didn’t see any roaches at all. The air con in the room is great as well. The free continental breakfast was good, especially the Mickey Mouse pancake machines. Plenty of other food provided as well, fruit, cereal and toast etc.. The location is good, you can easily walk to universal studios or get a Lyft for around $7. There is also an I-trolley stop just round the corner which will take you down the rest of international drive. Finally the staff were great and very helpful with all the questions we had.

I could not have breakfast, the egg was uneaten, the coffee terrible, I missed bacon , I can not have gluten or dairy and I did not have any other option to eat , the only thing good was the sausages but that is not a breakfast

Normally I stay in this hotel chain, but this time the experience was not very good with breakfast, due to the offer of eggs, despite arriving at 8:00 am, the bathroom was also not very clean when we arrived and the internet was down the speed on Monday.

Sometimes I get a late for arrival but they having took great care of me. And they’re all good people as well. They were wishing me for my birthday. They did gave me a special treat for my birthday treat.
