We stayed here for 18 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, huge and really spacious for 4 of us. We had a lovely view over the pool which was a bonus and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. We especially loved the pool area, it was immaculately clean and the pool staff were so attentive making sure we had fresh towels, they were all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool itself is gorgeous, the kids loved the waterfalls and slide and what we really loved was that it was open until 11pm meaning we could come back and have a dip after a long, hot day in the theme parks. The pool area is beautiful all lit up at night. The other thing worth a mention is the location of this hotel. We visited all the Disney parks, universal and Seaworld and this hotel is in a fab location for all of the above. We mostly used Uber to get around and the cost for trips was similar for most parks. We did use the hotel shuttle on occasion but found Uber gave us more flexibility. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle ran on time each time we used it. The only issue we had was that the shower took a long time to heat up, but given the size of the hotel and the number of guests, I guess this was to be expected. All in all this hotel was a perfect base for us to explore Orlando and the theme parks and I would recommend to any family planning a similar trip. …

Me and my husband went back to Orlando without the kids. I saw this before but the great price and pictures were enticing. It was beyond what I expected . Beautiful clean room with plenty of space. Even had activities for families. I will be returning with my family.

Love this hotel. Mr Brown covers the pool area for the last 28 years. He is exceptional at guest service. Offered complimentary ice water and checked on us frequently to ensure a supreme stay. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service with a smile.

Exceptional hotel, right up with and beyond some of the Disney higher ranked resorts. Clean, great staff, facilities. It's a top tier hotel. it's also great if you're paying for friends or family to join you on holiday as it has a lesser hotel right next door that you can stick them in whilst you stay in this one.

I stayed at Caribe Royale for an on-site conference, and the meeting facilities were very nice. The pool also receives high marks, including an ample sun deck, special areas for kids, and an excellent poolside bar/restaurant (with huge portions!) The rooms themselves left a bit to be desired. Specifically, the beds are EXTREMELY firm. Concrete-style firm with overstuffed, brick-like pillows. I was so sore after the first night, I didn’t know how I’d be able to do the rest of my stay! Fortunately, finding one down pillow stowed away in the closet the next night helped, but comfort is not a strong point for these rooms. The showers are those “rain water” overhead things that make things difficult or a handheld power-washer as the other option. Also, one of the lamps in my room was broken and I was skipped over for housekeeping one day. Overall, this is a nice hotel with a great pool and in a good location, but the rooms could be improved.…

$100 per day “incidental” fee! We were told we would be expected to pay this while checking in. We had booked to stay for 10 days so they expected us to pay $1000 upfront! We were not told about this at booking. I don’t know about you but I don’t happen to carry an extra $1000 while on holiday. I found this extremely rude as if I were a criminal. When asked what the fee was for I was informed it would be to cover cost of any damages that may happen during our stay! I’ve never been made to feel so worthless in all my life. How dare they! Once we had sorted the “incidental” fee (we agreed to pay $500) we were then told our room was not ready. Could this place get any more infuriating? Eventually a room was found for us. We were given directions to our room, over the other side of the hotel in tower 2. We trekked through the hotel, found tower 2 and went into our room for a much needed rest. Our room was lovely but they seemed to have forgot there was 3 of us staying and there was only 1 bed. I trekked back to the reception to enquire about this and was informed that there was a pull out bed under the couch. We’re they expecting me to be making beds? I was beyond irritated at this point and made it clear to the receptionist that I had paid for the room to be ready, they either move us or sort it out. A housekeeper was sent to make the room up for my son. Once the housekeeper had finished we couldn’t get him to leave as he wanted a TIP! I have no issue tipping but this was just rude as it should have already been sorted for us arriving. The hotel is very nice, clean and the pool staff are very friendly and helpful but I’m not sure I could find more positives to be able to recommend this hotel as my first impression of the place were so terrible. …

This was a great hotel and the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting The Disney Parks which were a 10 minute drive. The family rooms are spacious, quiet and well stocked with 2 TV’s, mini bar and fridge. The facilities at the hotel are great, our kids loved the pool slide which kept them entertained for hours. The lode smelt amazing too! Highly recommend, great value.

The staff was great! Always very helpful. The overall facility was really nice. Pools were clean and well maintained. The Calypso bar and Restaurant was good.. pub food and the bar was limited in types of liquor. Tropicale restaurant was very good for breakfast. The have a shuttle to Disney that leaves & returns 1x per day, so if you don't want to be stuck, just take an Uber/Lyft back.. all readily available.

I had a blast, the rooms are always lovely and the staff are funny and professional, Love love Poonam, she was just the sweetest person. The chef Normvus, was one of the nicest person, and he makes the best omelette ever. The mimosa's are awesome as well, the staff are attentive and pleasant.
