Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room clean, water hot. Bed comfortable. My allergies were acting up and they provided more tissues happily. The breakfast was decent the only negative was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy

Hotel's Favourite
Nice Hampton right on the St John's River. Great location for walking all around town. Also, close to Ravine Gardens State Park. The rooms were very clean and stickered outside that they had been sanitized. The gals at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Since breakfast isn't being served, they give out boxed breakfast.

In palatka Fl granted Not All Hiltons Are Like this Bit this By Far Is The Worst we’ve been Treated . The Matter At hand Is Smoking , We Have prescription for the marijuana We Have For starters. We Never Bring Our Med into The Hotels We Stay In Because We Know Majority of the time it’s no smoking you’re allowed to smoke outside. (Understandable) We Come here For Work This Particular weekend All Rooms we’re booked we normally DO NOT stay here . The deposit Was 200 we Were told We Couldn’t Put it on the credit card It Would have To Be Cash . ( we didn’t understand,but we got it anyway because it’s 3am and we need sleep for work in the A.M ) Got in the room Granted from the beginning looks It’ was Okay Nothing extraordinary..The bathroom However had Left Over shower Gel on the wall And Soap scum on Both Shower heads. We Over looked it because once again we were there a couple of hours. We Took Us A Shower And Went To bed. Next morning when it was Time To Check Out they Wouldn’t Give The 200 back because They “Found a few pieces of Tobacco” and It Smelled Like weed mind You We Didn’t Bring Anything With us And we Smoked before we got in the room so Of course it’s Going to have A Lingering smell even with perfume. The cops Were Called But only One Officer Was Actually Willing to Help the black Officer (his partner) showed Why you don’t give certain blacks Authority.. The Ruling Was Even of the Room smelled like peony Roses They Still couldn’t Get The Money Back Being that They Are The Police . We were told it would have To Be Held Up in civil court with A Lawsuit . I’ve Contacted Corporate about This matter As well And I Will Be Contacting the Police Officials That Handle The Matter As Well . If you’re of color ,That Matches A Ideal Image That They Look Down upon Then don’t Stay Here ! Simple ! I’ve never experienced this at any other Hilton ! But this one by far was The Worst Experience if I could just give it a Zero I would .…

Beautiful location near great eateries, but most of all the staff is very kind and professional. Rooms are always cleaned the way they should be & the surrounding common areas are kept cleaned in the same manner.

The hotel has a great location, right along the St John's River. There is a nicely landscaped river walk right out the front door. Big breakfast area with river views and good food selection. The area felt very safe. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and professional, very good at their jobs! Our room was clean with VERY SOFT comfortable beds and a nice big TV. Our only complaint was that the room had a super strong smell from room deoderizing products. The windows do not open, so we used the AC and the bathroom fan to try to air it out. We were left with a faint smell of either pot, or funky dog.(it is a pet friendly hotel). I would still choose this hotel again. We had a really nice lunch at Corley Bells Seafood, just over the bridge.

Excellent location and very clean facility. Close restaurants and a lil speakeasy wine and beer across the street to unwind in whatever brought you here. Great riverfront walkway to run the scenic river and friendly staff.

This is a very clean and friendly staffed hotel. Rhonda in the breakfast area does a great job. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is by far the cleanest I have ever been to. They are to be complimented for a job well done. The front desk staff is awesome.

We stayed over on a Saturday night & were exhausted after a long drive. We saw a bunch of wedding revealers in the halls getting ready for an after party & we’re really worried we’d be up all night from noise. Not at all! We’re light sleepers & had one of the best night’s rest there. Breakfast was fine (coffee not great). The room was clean & the hotel right across the street from the river. Our window faced the river & was quite a pretty view. The only unnerving thing was what looked like a bullet hole in a hall window, which is why I dinged it one star. No ether, we felt completely safe & would def stay there again!

Lara M & Front Desk are extremely prejudice to the African African Race and have certain practices set in place if you are Black and choose to stay there. They take photo copies of your personal credit cards front and back and your identification if you’re of COLOR and that’s not policy. In there words it’s set in place for CERTAIN GUEST. Discrimination at its finest
