This is really a great location for a visit to the Palm Beach area. It's an old building with large common areas. You can walk to just about everything you'd want to see on the island. Having a Publix across the street is a great convenience. You would never know it was a Publix though. It took us a day...

I booked this facility via Travelocity which obviously did not have the description right. Advertised as a luxury room with amenities, daily room service, free WiFi and free parking, the perfect location in the old center of West Palm Beach and the fact that this facility is in a beautiful historic building decided my choice. I was here for 5...

I had a two day stop over in Palm Beach which was somewhat unexpected on a recent trip so I booked this stay through an online website -nothing else was available any where. What a let down. The lobby was cluttered and depressing looking and the gentlemen that checked me in seemed very nice but was as helpful as a...

This is a condo owned by individuals. The ad on travelocity was totally misleading. Deluxe room was a shoebox. King size bed was a queen size. Free parking was on the street 2 blocks away if you were lucky enough to find a spot. Don't use travelocity. They don't stand behind their website. The best they could do is offer...

Palm Beach Hotel Condo Unit 2227: This location is convenient to the beach, great restaurants and an excellent food store. Parking is very difficult. The hotel lobby and pool are older but, acceptable. The condo unit is tiny and in severe need of painting, cleaning and general maintenance. The views were terrible. There was no housekeeping service for the entire...

This is a very engaging property. First off, it has historic relevance and wonderful Colonial Spanish architecture. It's a combo of residents and hotel. Each room is different in decor and style and feeling. All have microwaves, coffee-makers, refrigerators, dishes, glassware and flatware. The management is very amenable to showing a hotel guest different options that are available at check-in....

You are renting a condo, so each room is slightly different. The hotel was built in the 20's so it is older but has a lot of character. I love the pool and the breezeway the best. I also like that the condo has Publix nearby and a great Italian market a block away. There are some great restaurants nearby...

Found this place on the web. It is a great location in a beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are a little dated, the furniture a little worn, but it is clean and well kept. The staff we met (including the registration people) were very nice. And if you like to walk to worship - a synagogue upstairs and a church...

This historic hotel, while now more of a condominium with apartments available for rent on short or long term basis, is a find. The location is perfect, just one block to the sea and across from Echo restaurant, and others within two blocks. Publix the grocery store is also just across the street so all nearby and easy.

“I like the third floor on Sunrise avenue side as I enjoy the sun streaming in early as I swim each morning. The pool with a jewel like tropical landscape feels private at that time and a must to start my day. My second event is an almond croissant at the French bakery next door.”
