Hello Four Seasons! Enjoyed four spectacular days at your resort hotel, an experience that epitomizes the essence of delivering total customer satisfaction. Every aspect of our extended stay at Four Seasons Palm Beach surpassed even the highest expectations. I wish I could mention the many names of the Four Seasons team that answered every need, but thankfully I am able to give special thanks to Mary Victor [Breakfast Supervisor] whose presence was felt throughout the restaurant during the busy morning hours. She believes in her team and takes pride in serving the customer and, therefore, Four Seasons! Then there is Diana, our friendly, savvy, and professional waitress who, in addition, to providing excellent service with a smile somehow found the delicious prune juice to start my day! Ha Ha! Once in the pool are we were overwhelmed by the close attention of staff ... an abundant and proactive group whose mission is to deliver relaxation poolside plus ensuring delicious food/drink. Kudos to Ceilie [Pool Beach Mgr] for her steady leadership and upbeat personality! We say goodbye today .. but will say hello to a future tomorrow as we march into the late Fall for another great stay with family at the Four Seasons Palm Beach! Many thanks! …

We had a wonderful week at the Four Seasons! Although the rooms are a bit smaller than other Four Seasons, they were very comfortable and well appointed. The only thing missing was the signature beach bag that most Four Seasons beach resorts provide for guests. The highlights of this property that will keep us coming back are: -Amazing food at both restaurants and Fantastic breakfasts. (Jimmy at breakfast felt like family) -Private location on the most gorgeous stretch of beach in Florida. -Wonderful private car service that takes you to and from dinner. The drivers were a highlight (loved our conversions with Cody!) -Pools are heated to perfection. Although the resort was near full capacity, it never felt crowded at the beach or around the pools. -Terrific spa. -Impeccable service (Ryan at the front desk is the best of the best) We have added this Four Seasons property to our favorites list and plan to return soon. I travel globally and All I know is the team at this FS are second to none. I have never felt this taken care of. The peeps at the beach were rock stars. Including Michael and Jade!!! Everyone should go. I also thank Haci and Jason and Cecily for all their help. Mel and Amaya were very kind and professional and made the overall experience perfect.

Amazing experience in every aspect. Kudos to the manager Haci. With the help from Haci and his team our date night was a success. The view, vibe and food was absolutely amazing. Our server Rodolpho was such a delight. He recommended the grilled octopus and my goodness was it delicious. Seaway provided exemplary hospitality. If you are visiting south Florida this is a must! Thank you Haci, Rudolpho, and Amaya for creating such a memorable experience. We will be back!

This experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived through departure there was some issue. Cons - Arrival - driver barely greeted me, was engrossed in conversation with another driver asking about pay, allowed us to get off on the wrong floor because she was too enamored with her conversation with the other driver. Check in - Was persuaded to upgrade at check in to a superior room, unfortunately the room had sand all in it and was clearly not ready. Pool service - waitstaff clearly too busy, had to ask multiple times to receive service and close out Room service - Staff uneducated on ingredients. Asked whether nuts were present in a dish, told no, ate half of it before realizing they were present. Allergy to nuts. Recvd a heartfelt apology and credit Reservations for kids cooking class - booked via chat which was very convenient. Confirmed a class 3pm, recvd itinerary with the same, when kids showed up were told the class was 1pm. The chef felt sorry for the kids and held the class anyway. Room amenities - bathtub plug broke after one use. Housekeeping called, they came twice, once after already fixing it Reservations for restaurant - was assured reservations were made for 7pm, there was no reservations on file Room - decor outdated Pros - Nick at front desk tried the hardest to make things right. Best service I recvd there Food quality was decent although not a lot of selection in room or poolside Improvements needed all around. Would never visit this location again. For me and many others, price is not the driving factor in making a hotel decision. Rather, it is the experience I expect to receive in exchange for the money I pay. Now this is what 5* hotel is about! I was visiting this amazing hotel with my wife at my company’s presidental club. Everything was working like a Swiss clock !! It might me a bit more expensive than the others, but you sure get value for your money! Totally love it!
