There were pros and cons but I don't think I would stay here again. The setting is very nice - the restaurant is right on the beach and the outdoor seating is great. The location is not convenient so we had to Uber it any time we wanted to go somewhere other than the 1 hotel next door. We had...

We have family in the area and have stayed here MANY times (as the Omphoy and now the TIdeline) and this last visit was the worst. For starters they told us there were no rooms with a terrace available AT ALL. Then when we arrived after a flight delay at 2 am, they could not check us as the "computers...

My husband and I stayed at the Tideline Ocean Resort and Spa last weekend. We were in town for a meeting. Our room had absolutely NO privacy as our sliding glass door to the 12 inch wide patio was so close to the outdoor restaurant that we felt like we were in the restaurant. That said, if we stood up...

I stayed for several days over a weekend with my 7-year old daughter. The staff was very kind, especially at the front desk and the restaurant. I will say up front that this hotel does not cater to children, but are very accommodating to young guests. We especially loved the laid-back vibe - never did we feel self conscious about...

Have been here twice and can't wait to return. I love that you are directly ON the beach (no street to cross, no paying extra for a lounge chair), AND you can sit by the pool if you prefer. The staff is exceptionally helpful. My first trip was with my 80+ mother and I asked for a shower mat for...

Tagged along with my husband who was attending a seminar. Only stay here if you don't want to spend the money at the FS. This is NOT a four star hotel. The hotel looks way better in the on line literature then it does in person. First, the pool is disgusting. You cross the parking lot to get to it....

After staying at two major neighboring resorts, one great the other not so much, we can say this was an upscale, laid back vacation on one of the most lovely beaches. The restaurant food was great, service eh, but you're so laid back its ok. This place has the best sushi chef -Jeff- which is the best kept secret in...

We stayed at this resort in Jan 2017 for a long weekend get away. The pros: - spacious room - quiet beach location, nice views at restaurant - decent food (portions a bit small). Would recommend skipping the sushi was so so. - delicious drinks - friendly staff - wine hour - fruit water in the lobby - sunscreen outside,...

The nicest thing about this hotel was it's shower. The Tideline's attempt at luxury leisure is lacking the basics; customer service and class. Upon arrival, the valets were too busy joking with each other to care about our arrival. Once they noticed we "only" had two bags of luggage, they lost interest in helping us to our room. As we...

I had a great experience. Pool is in the front however I go for the beach! There are plenty of trees around the pool so it is relaxing. The beach is beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean. Anything you need ask they will take care of you. You walk out of the back of the resort and there it is; the most breathtaking view ever. I was there in May 2016.

Thank you for reaching out. Lake Ave, about 3-5 min away (driving) has cool spots for lunch and dinner. If you are looking for more upscale experience, we would recommend Delray Beach or City Place. Both about 15 min away.

There is no resort fee, only a valet fee if you have your car parked at the premises (unlimited in/out). Pretty sure they need a credit card to cover any possible charges to your room.
