Clean rooms and greeted by the nice man at the front desk. It was a real treat!! He was so helpful and took the time to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back if we are coming through again. Rooms a very tidy and clean with big shower.

Rose at the front desk was very welcoming. I would be very happy to have her be the face of my establishment. Friendly and accommodating. She did mention that the jacuzzi was not working, but someone was on their way to check it out. The room was clean and well lit. Our room was relatively quiet as it faced the parking lot. Coffee was always available in the lobby/breakfast area. They clean the rooms only on request, that was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

Great place to lay my head for one night. Bed was nice and comfy. Rooms could use some updating, ie: shower stalls could use some preventive maintenance Staff was friendly and efficient. If in the area don’t hesitate to use this hotel. Ten miles from Flagler Beach, easy to get an Uber to and from this location.

Hotel that's not up to Matt standards. It has become an old hotel that needs remodeled. During our stay, they had no TV service due to the fact that their carrier dish could not negotiate a contract with the major networks. We also asked for Exter pillows and was told they only had one. When we got to the room, we didn't have any towels and there was a dirty cop sitting on the counter. We stay at any Marriott Fairfield inns, and this is by far one of the hardest favorites.

The Marriott name should not be associated with this hotel. No room available until 4:45 pm. No soap at bathroom sink, Sink clogged, beds are lumpy, trash in parking lot. Could not watch the Oscars due to issue with Dish. Definitely not worth the price. Note: Front staff was friendly.

The hotel is nice, with view on the bay, lots of restaurants nearby, beach quiet close, big room, beds and bathroom. The pool is really small (4 sunbeds) and next to the parking, a bit noisy. The complimentary breakfast can really be improved, just small sandwichs and waffles, no enough food for everybody, long waiting times.

Stopped one night, traveling to Florida. Easy on off access to interstate and seems to be a safe location with ample parking. Hotel is in need of an update,AC wasn’t efficient and room stayed stuffy. Lots of highway noise on the side facing internet. This hotel accepts all PETS, and there was a dog barking constantly. But the worst part was a woman carried her dog thru the breakfast buffet line hovered over the dishes and she would grab food with her hand and feed the dog. Would not recommend staying here.

Dog friendly - and that's not good. I had several dogs in the room next to me. Hard to sleep....it's not their fault but the hotel shouldn't accept dogs or should put empty rooms between them and customers. I'm soooo tired as I write this review. Otherwise, it was fine - the front desk folks were gracious and the room was older but serviceable. But I didn't sleep much.

Two night stay - Labor Day Weekend Property was clean , quiet and offered a well rounded breakfast . Close to a shopping plaza with a Publix , restaurants, etc. Ample parking - we had our jet skis with us and there was more than enough spots to accommodate a full hotel . As others have described it is outdated. We opted for mobile checkin but did not receive it until after we checked in at the front desk . None of these minor inconveniences diminished our weekend getaway in any way .
