This place was nasty and run down. There was debris in the hallway, soap scum all over my bathroom shower walls and the front of the bathtub. I killed a cockroach in the middle of the night. The water pressure in the shower is just a trickle and takes forever to take a shower. The pillows are so old and have been washed so many times they are the size of a square couch or chair pillow and not at all comfortable to sleep on. There was dried caked on poop under the rim of the toilet. I would never ever stay here again and recommend to everyone not to stay there. The only positive thing about this place is the location. It's easy on and off access to I-95 and is surrounded by a lot of great businesses.

I booked my room less than 10 hours prior to checking in. When I called to let the location know I was going to miss the 6pm check in due to my flight, no one answered. I called back numerous times and even called customer care support to attempt the call. They were not able to get through, even when I left a voicemail message. They would not refund my money nor assist me additionally to find some sort of middle ground. Terrible experience, not available staff and when I did finally contact someone the next morning, I got the typical response that they weren’t the ones who worked so they couldn’t assist me any further due to policy. The biggest problem is the lack of accessibility during critical times. I booked the reservation on the website and it stated that if I needed to change my check-in time then I would have to contact the specific location, which I did. I even attempted two different numbers, as did the first customer support person between 6-7pm EST on the day of my “stay. “ I am not the type of person to give negative feedback to any facility often, but when I feel I’ve been grifted out of over $150+ then I have to say something. If I would have been overcharged for something, okay. This was a no-win situation in which the entire process was completely unfair. Considering the road blocks I have experienced in all areas, with the exception of customer care support, I am not expecting any remunerations but want this to be a cautionary tale for others.…

Nice people, good location although a little tricky to find. Views out of the room was beautiful. Hotel room was very warn out and looked cheap. Deferred maintenance nightmare. Bed was comfortable. No pay per view. This hotel does not appear to be doing well. Location may be viewed as a problem...not sure.

The overall experience was good. The staff were very friendly Daisy was great. The building definitely needs up grading. The breakfast was good but need some hot items. I would stay here again. Slept well I wish there was more water pressure in the shower always had hot water when we needed it

From USED SOAP WITH HAIRS in the bathroom to BODILY FLUIDS ON THE SHEETS, there was not a room that was showed to us that wasn’t disgusting. We had to drive back home bcs other hotels were at its full capacity.

They couldn’t take the time to wash or spend less than $20 to replace the shower curtain. If they can’t do that then the whole place is definitely not getting the cleaning it needs. Would not recommend plenty of other hotels near by.

AVOIDING STAYING HERE EVEN IF THE ALTERNATIVE IS SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR Seriously this hotel is a dump and needs to be closed by the health department! It is filthy, musty, smells so bad and is a dump. It was so bad after checking in I tried to find another hotel in the area even though I would has already paid! From the moment we walked in the smell hits you in the face, the carpets are gross and the elevator doors shake and bang when closing. If the smell wasn’t bad enough in the lobby and hallways it was worse in the room. Normally you get use to a smell but it was so bad it never went away. The carpets were so filthy I refused to remove my shoes until I got into bed. And did I mention the room looked like it’s never been cleaned. So make matters worse the air coming from the AC stunk cleanly they never clean the air filter and it was probably full of mold. Shame on Wyndham for their total neglect of this property…
