Spacious room with a decent sized kitchen space. Had trouble booking online and Debbie was extremely helpful! She thoroughly explained what we needed to do and helped us for almost an hour. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we were all set for the night. We would certainly stay again especially knowing the friendly and competent staff that fun the place! Thanks Debbie for making our stay easy going and straight forward!!!!!

This used to be Woodsprings Suites but Extended Stay America (ESA) recently converted the location. My review is based on the ESA experience. Located is tucked away parallel to 1-10 and b away from main road. It was quiet and SECURE. The doors locked after a certain time and required key card access-yes they were functional. I arrived after hours but there’s always a person available to check in late arrivals (for reservations only) and for key card issues. Overall, the grounds were well maintained. The STAFF were very pleasant. The hallway and room (1st lvl) was vinyl planked. There was no musty odor or lingering body odor at all. It actually smelled like floral air freshener without the stink undertone. The laundry room was clean and affordable. All kinds of ppl were there : workers, families, solo travelers. The ROOM was clean- linen were clean and not discolored. Kitchenette appliances were clean and functional. The BATHROOM was mostly clean- there was hair on the tub ledge and on the shower curtain. Could’ve belonged to the housekeeper with two toned hair? Who knows but this was my only issue with room. No critters. The PLUMBING was functional-good pressure. I’d RECOMMEND this property because the pros outweigh the problems and it’s safe/affordable.…

This is a spartan hotel set up for longer stays typical of construction workers, not families. The room was freshly painted, clean,and quiet ( set back off the interstate ). While it does have a refrigerator, microwave and stovetop, there are no kitchen utensils or even a coffee pot. Check in was pleasant, however, I was charged a $150 deposit which I was not expecting. The deposit was refunded a week after the stay ended. Chatted with a couple of the guests while coming and going and everyone was quite friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable. I could not see anything on my TV because it was so dark. I told the front desk and maintenance never came. I was told later that maintenance had an emergency and would not be back until Monday. The dresser doors were broken. The front burner on the stove was broken. No one was at the front desk half the time.

DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s cheap for a reason. I booked this room ahead of time and after driving 9 hrs I was told “We don’t have. Doubles room available we told Expedia that already. They should have gotten back with you. And gave me my ID back. They didn’t try to help me at all. If you told Expedia you didn’t have rooms why was I still in your system for a reservation? Customer service is the worst I have seen in a while. I would have put names of individuals but no one had on a uniform nor name tags. And they were all using profanity while dealing with customers. I had to hurry and find a place for my family last one. I am glad I didn’t stay at this trash establishment. Corporate remove everyone there and start from scratch or your business will be no more.

Horrible room loud and staff did nothing never again this was horrible no sleep for three days I will be contacting the corporate office loud people the 500 number no one answered the next night no sleep there were people who said they had roaches in their room no one anwsered500. Alarm went off for two hours. I am sending this to the BBB Do not stay here They don't care . This place is trash!!!!! Don't book this

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, none at all. After reading everyone else's reviews, THANK GOD we didn't get checked in to stay there!! My husband and I were in immediate need of lodging in the Pensacola area for this particular evening, and being that it is spring break, lodging at a decent price was very hard to find. We found this room online, the pictures and description were obviously deceiving because when we pulled up it appeared as though it's one of those motel/hotels where people also live. No thanks, very trashy. We walked into this tiny check-in area where the front desk is completely enclosed in glass, the clown of a manager had her mask on. There was another guy in front of us trying to check in first. None of us had masks on; mind you Florida does not have a mask mandate. However, she proceeded to bark at all of us, reminding us that it is a law to wear a mask. The guy replied, with us agreeing, that if a business mandates the mask to be worn, and a customer does not have one, one should be provided. She said no and started in on all her "law" stuff again. I told her we had already paid, and that we have been vaccinated, but she did not care and told us to leave and go buy a mask at Walmart. Her attitude and demeanor were ugly, how she ever became the manager is a joke. From there we walked out and my husband found us another room at another decent location for triple the price; this is why I canceled the room b/c I wasn't about to pay for two places much less a place like this. She refuses to refund us our money - we received no service and we weren't no-shows. Deceitful, trashy, and unbelievable that there are these types of people running any kind of business. I have reported her and this place to the Florida Attorney General's Office, adding that we were approached by a couple of shady characters outside the building. This is worst-case scenario lodging. There is a specific cancellation policy in place and the general manager has no control over it, especially if a guest doesn't follow it and they cancel last minute resulting in a charge. While we understand mask laws vary state by state, our team does all that they can to protect themselves and guests at the hotel. I stayed here for a day and checked out the next even though my stay was reserved for a week. The service was absolutely terrible, front desk lady even used cuss words while speaking to me about card issues THAT SHE CAUSED. She then proceeded to lie saying that we did things when we didn’t. And not to mention how dirty our room was. Counters and floors sticky and gross. My socks were black just in the time it took me walk from the door where I left my shoes to the bed🤢 with COVID-19 you’d think they’d actually put some effort into cleaning and keeping people safe. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We stayed at this site because of hurricane zeta. First thing I noticed was how outdated all the furniture was. Only one mattress on the bed. It kept moving around. Limited amount of lights. Just over head and over hood of stove. No bedside lights?? Floor was filthy. Our feet were black!! We could feel the dirt on the bottom of our feet so we kept shoes on until we went to bed. The bathtub had a large crack along the side of the tub. Very dangerous, could cut someone. Very noisy hotel. Doors slam shut. Keep looking when you need a place to stay.

Wood spring suites is absolute TRASH. Check in took over 40 Minutes! The women who work there look like they should work in a circus. They have no customer service skills at all. While checking me in the two girls that work there was talking to eachother and cussing. I had my 2 children with me. I said hey my kids don't need to hear that. They looked at me and the MANAGER said oh well nobody tell me how to talk as she was smacking her gum. We get to our room and there is no toilet paper. I go back to the front desk and had to use the phone to get someone to come back there. After waiting in the lobby office area for someone to show up they said we will bring it to your room. Not only did they not bring any but I ended up buying my own from the dollar general down the road. What hotel room doesn't have toilet paper? Fast forward a couple of hours. There was a loud argument in the hallway. I open the door to see an employee cussing at a guest to shut the fu** up or she was going to beat this older woman's a$$. Are you kidding me? As we were getting our clothes out of the laundry room there were 2 rats in there. My husband reported it to the manager to which she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This place is dirty. Towels are stained and the shower curtain was torn and dirty. Don't think about trying to call corporate because its not even in America. Never anyone in the office! Manager is a joke. The trash cans on all sides of the building is always over flowing in to the ground. We had 3 dead roaches in the freezer. Avoid this place altogether!…
