Good grades for comfort and clean linens. No breakfasts. Free coffee and fruit. But I found out too late that the fruit is all gone by morning and you need to get it in the late evening or you are not going to get any! I find it a little strange that they don’t offer breakfast. Manager said it’s because it’s an extended stay hotel. Lots of construction workers stay there and they tend to drag mud into the public spaces.

Check in was a breeze. Jorge was friendly and welcoming. Nice size rooms with a full size refrigerator, it had a microwave AND a small stove top. The rooms were clean and we would stay there again. It is also located next door to a nice Mexican restaurant that you can walk to without having to get back in the car.

Reserved the room a week in advance through booking.com. Had a confirmation email that specified the correct date and even showed I had already paid. They said they had me down for a different night and refused to honor my reservation, even though I had proof. Told me I had to take it up with booking.com. There is no one to call there at night. I was 1200 miles from home and out on the street. Had to find and pay for another hotel, last minute in a strange City where I know no one. This is a terrible place. Can't believe they would do this. Avoid them like the plague.

This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. There were plenty of amenities. I absolutely loved my stay it was only for the night but it was great. There is no breakfast at this location however there is coffee and fruit they advised at the desk.

We were in town to visit our son at UWF. It is within a few miles of the university. Plenty of parking and reasonable rates. We had a small kitchenette, and the hotel is pet friendly. The staff was very friendly. We didn't see any evidence of a breakfast provided so it gave us the opportunity to try local spots nearby. The hotel is right off i-10.

Was in town for a week due to business. Not a bad hotel. It appears to be a little older. Room had a mini kitchen which is great if you are traveling with family. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was clean. Had no complaints. Plenty of parking in July. Might consider staying here if I needed. It was just a regular hotel. Not great but not bad enough to never stay again. No complaints.

The Candlewood Suites in Pensacola has nice rooms, kitchenettes and makes a relaxing place to stop along a journey. Very impressed with the overall experience, and after a seven hour drive it was a welcome pit stop.

I was impressed by how friendly and professional the front desk staff were. This included Kathy, Jorge, Mike and Sharon. They accommodated my every request, and were very kind. I particularly had extra interaction with Kathy and Jorge. One night, I had to use the bathroom very badly, and went to the men's restroom in the lobby area. It was locked as someone was using it. Kathy was taking a short break right outside the South door and saw me. She pointed to the women's restroom, allowing me to use it. We both had a laugh when I said to her, "You saved me!" Jorge and Kathy made copies of several things I needed, and Jorge gave very good directions to local supermarkets the second night I was there. Complimentary laundry was provided at this hotel, which I very much appreciated. Their pantry had a very nice variety of food and essentials. Parking was never a problem, the fitness room was everything anyone would need and, although I didn't get to use the pool area (with it's grill), it sure looked nice to me. My room had all the amenities anyone would ever need, the bed was great, and this was an ideal place for a busy traveler. I would definitely come back again! Sincerely, Steve…

Nice room, a little wear and tear. Good size. Liked the towels. Was clean. Good experience overall. First Candlewood stay, pleasantly surprised. Snack room is a neat feature, coffee was not bad. Good location.

Hotel is nice and clean. Friendly staff. Rates are good. Room had an odor to it. Stayed on 4th floor with bedroom separated from sitting area. Had dogs and cats next door. Door in between rooms was very thin, you could hear neighbors talking clearly and ofcourse dogs barking occasionally. Did not give us enough bath towels for each person. We would still stay here again.
