Fantastic location and great staff. We had an opportunity to have a business meeting at this hotel and not only the hotel is updated, clean and in great location but the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended for brainless travel.
This is one of the nicest IHG properties that I have stayed in. Lobby, amenities and room were all very clean and modern. The breakfast was very good and there was fresh grapefruit every morning. The very best part of the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. It seemed that they were all part of an engaged team that enjoyed working together. The location of the property is great- walking distance to restaurants, a museum and good bars.
We spent $271 for a room but the room which was worth about 1/2 of that. It was a basic room, nothing fancy but it was booked during a local arts festival which probably doubled the price. We thought the hotel was not a clean crispy hotel for being so new. It was cluttered with supply boxes of toilet paper, towels, etc. and post it notes on the walls . It generally gave you the feeling of a sloppy operation. We were especially offended by the smoking urns on the front porch. Before you enter the lobby, you get a whiff of smoked cigarette butts. The toilets were the smallest we have seen. They were so low you needed help getting of them. I am glad we only stayed one night.
Excellent choice to stay in Downtown Pensacola. Convenient location in walking distance to baseball stadium, downtown shops and restaurants, etc. Room and facility was very comfy and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was also great.
Great location within walking distance to the waterfront and historic district. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was very good and they even had cookies and popcorn in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again.
Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola was truly exceptional. We were greeted warmly, our room was spacious, very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the delicious breakfast was a wonderful surprise. It's a full breakfast, not a packaged continental "muffin-in-a-bag" type of thing. Every person there was friendly and professional. And the location couldn't be better -- just a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and the Saenger Theater. Every time we come to Pensacola in the future, we will stay here without hesitation.
I was so excited about the location of this hotel as Downtown Pensacola is definitely lacking in Hilton and Marriott options. Very clean and staff very friendly and professional. . . The first few hours of stay were truly perfect. But Dear God, then the noise starts. I’ve been trying to tune out neighboring room’s TV blasting all afternoon . . . and then the relentless street racing of mufflerless cars started this evening . . . It’s after 9:00 and still going on . . . No sirens or law enforcement to be seen or heard. I called front desk and was told no other rooms off the main drag are available but usually stops by 10:00 or so. As I’m here for business and it’s a weeknight that’s just not going to work as I need sleep before the 7 hour drive tomorrow. I’m so bummed as this seemed like such a convenient location but not if I have to listen to obnoxious cars racing through downtown.…
My team and I, four total stayed for 4 nights at holiday in. Downtown . I travel all over the country for work I seen every hotel possible from motel 6 to ritz Carlton. And you know what you get which each experience . Holiday inn was great clean as expected . But the service is second to none . I have rarely experience this level of care and kindness. Even from 5 star hotels. Leslie at front desk needs a promotion . We had all shorts problems from credit cards not working to swapping rooms . She did everything with a smile and was so nice and kinda to my team and me . She made it a breeze and with a great attitude . Leslie thank you ! If I’m every in town again I’ll stop by and say hi.
I was welcomed by Jordan (great Guest Service skills). She made me feel welcome and was attentive to my questions and answered them all. She had the best suggestions! I would revisit this property. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast filled me up.
I was in Pensacola for one night to attend a concert at the Saegner. Hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to the concert, restaurants/lounges and shops. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.. I was amazed at the quality of the breakfast items. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pensacola.
