Checked in got to the room, the bed had sand all over it and in between the sheets, it looked like someone just pulled the sheets back up and re-made the bed from the previous guest, left messages for management who never returned my call. Not happy

I arrived from a concert very tired and just wanted to relax, and at the counter a single lady processed with the most professional manner all the people in line and explained without miss what we could do, inclusions and the property, her colleague meanwhile who should be at the desk was. moonlighting as a housekeeping staff since two persons I heard called in sick and they were swamped. They were magnificent, the room when I entered smelled so fresh and clean and they gave me the highest level of service and the whole experience was amazing.. they are really great and I hope they hire more dedicated persons like these two women running the show on day afternoon shift April 2, 2023. Thank you and see u next year.

My room was a little dusty and there was paint chipping on the walls and bathroom door. The breakfast buffet lacked meat protein and mix for the waffle maker. Also, i didn’t like that it was 30 minutes from the beach.

This place will try and scam you. They charged us for smoking in the room. Guaranteed no one smoked in that room, attempted, or had the means to do so. Insane!!!! I can not believe what I just experienced.

Stayed over Christmas break. Country Inn and Suites was easy to find, friendly and clean. Easy in and out location. Contental breakfast and coffee was fresh and delicious. Nice computer to print airline tickets

Clean, the best complimentary breakfast we have experienced. The staff is super friendly and gave us advice on the surrounding area. Manager AJ Lindsey treated us as family. We will be back next month.

We traveled from Jacksonville for a concert & this hotel ended up being so clean& big and so nice. We were on the first floor & usually I hate the first floor but this was just awesome having our car right out the side door & the the breakfast area was didn’t around the corner. It was perfect.

There was a problem in booking in they had my first name and last name backwards. As a result, they could not find my booking so I had to make another booking. When I arrive they show two bookings for me. They let me take the cheaper booking and cancelled the other booking.
