Our bathroom light quit the 1st night we were here for a 3 night stay. We have repeatedly called and visited front desk and have yet for anyone to come. This is our second night here and they haven't even cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. This has been the worst experience at a hotel ever. Hard to take a bath with just a flashlight. Even called Wyndham customer service and we have still spent 2 nights in the dark. Not a clean friendly environment to stay.

Avoid! This is the cheapest hotel in Pensacola - and there are reasons for that. Building is old, smelly, very tired. Room was clean, but everything was old and needs replacement. Walls are thin, hallways are noisy, staff are Joyce but completely powerless. Avoid esp if travelling alone.

They don’t offer breakfast like it is advertised as 1 of the amenities our room was very dirty. Broken glass on floor behind the bathroom door. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. If I could load the pictures I would.

The dirty towels from the last guest were still hanging behind bathroom door, the sheets were stained, and the place was just plain nasty. If I wasn't so tired I would have demanded a refund and left. Wyndham should consider revoking the franchise from this hotel.

Blood on the floor of our room. Rude staff. Sewage problem our room smelled like sewage! It was way too overpriced to have so many issues! Will never be staying at this hotel ever again. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Centrally located to all attractions. Quiet, Clean, and Courteous Staff. It was better than we originally expected. We'd gladly consider staying again on our next trip and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Not only is this place disgusting but the staff are thrives. I was told by the manager in duty daughter that I could have a check out time of 12 o'clock then they waited until I left sothey could go through all my stuff. I came back to find nothing in the room and the door open and all of my stuff in a trash bag at the front desk. With some things missing. Including a small amount of cash. I would never recommend anybody to stay here. Was even cursed st after asking for a refund for my horrible experience. The air didn't work and the bathroom was filthy and that was the icing on the cake.

The room was extremely clean upon my check in, and the staff is very nice. Cable tv, WiFi, land line phone…all working. The property is well kept, and it is very quiet. The parking lot is well lit, and the hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The room was affordable as well. I would definitely stay again.

The housekeepers were great and responded fast. The manager was customer service friendly as well. It was other desk service people who weren’t as great but not horrible. Just need to be more easier to help with needed items. I’m giving a 5 star due to the overly helpful staff that I did encounter☺️
