Everyone at the hotel, from front desk to breakfast staff were amazing. Very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Hotel is clean, and smells fresh. Beds were comfortable. We had a 2 queen and sofa bed suite - the sofa was comfortable as is (we didn't use the mattress in the sofa bed). Most of all, Ashia was FANTASTIC! She made us feel at home, from making thr reservation to welcoming us at the hotel. She IS a HUGE asset to the hotel. I would come back simply based on how she treated us (like family).

Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! Was very pleased with the wonderful cage free eggs and crispy bacon. Really enjoyed the different types of milk I could choose from to add to my coffee. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back👍🏼

Very clean, safe and warm breakfast was great. Staff was beyond impressive especially Ashia! She was personable, professional, kind, compassionate and fun. More so, over and above she was accommodating for our needs even more so for other family members. We stayed there due to visit a terminally ill family member. Other siblings drove straight through from Minnesota and arrived earlier than expected, Ashia allowed them to check in early to their reserved room. We have already suggested to other family members. Will definitely stay there again! Ashia made our stay a ten!

They are some of the most friendliest and helpful people I have met. I met them during my husband's orientation for trucking and they even celebrated with us with collapse all around when he graduated and got his first truck. I would recommend this hotel anytime you're in the area. It's very clean too and nice and homie.

The hotel was modern and clean, with spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast, which was very mediocre, disappointing and forgettable. On President's Day, the protein was very dry turkey sausage (Yuck! and inedible) and overly runny powdered eggs. I saw other people bite into the turkey sausage, look at the patty, then put them back on their plates. Despite the bad breakfast, I will probably stay at this hotel again, but will probably forego the breakfast.

We were in Pensacola at a long term condo, our stay had ended but we coulkd mot travel beck to Iowa due the ice storms We went to the Fairfield Inn about 10 am to see if they had a room for the night. The entire staff was excellent and they allowed us to check into a room early in the day. That night we made the decision to stay another day and again the staff we great in allowing us to stay in the same room. Josiah has an excellent staff asd the hotel is also excellent.

Super clean bedroom and bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot water in the shower was excellent. Could not figure out the air conditioner…. But was fine. Overall hotel was new and clean. Family felt safe and staff was nice. Highly recommend.

From entering the property, we felt right at home and comfortable. The front desk staff, Asia and Tina were great. They were both very helpful and engaging. I also spoke with the general manager, Josiah. It is apparent that their hospitable approach and genuine focus on the guest experience is monumental from day to day. I have a trip to Pensacola coming up in May for a graduation. We can’t wait to revisit this property.
