Hotel's Favourite
The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. The room had great a/c and the beds are very comfortable. Very convenient to restaurants and the provided breakfast was adequate. My only complaint is the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbor.

This is a nice hotel, but it’s like the structure of the hotel transmits noise very effectively. Anytime someone closes a door anywhere on the floor. You hear it. I kept hearing people walking and stomping and walking so I finally went to the floor above me to see if there was a party. It was perfectly quiet up there. And yet, in the room is still sounded like people were clomping, above me. You can hear the folks in the room next to you. It’s noisy. Otherwise the hotel is a nice place. Breakfast is good although I don’t know what’s in that stuff they’re serving for eggs. The staff was excellent. I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

I was really surprised by this room. It was so large, very well appointed and comfortable. It has everything one would need for an extended stay and conducting business. It was very clean and I would definitely stay again. We skipped the breakfast but the eating area was bright and inviting. The only disappointment was that we saw no decaf coffee in the common area after a long drive there.

The 4th floor has terrible water pressure making me wonder if the soap got out of my hair. The entire hotel doesn't have a remote for the TV to change the inputs via HDMI, not able to stream any of my apps on my laptop due to this. Breakfast was normal for this hotel. Not staying at this location again when I come back to visit. Did not have the "Hilton" feeling.

We loved this hotel! We eere traveling back to Texas and stopped here for a night. Very clean and modern look to it. The bed was comfortable, the tv screen was large which was nice for watching the world series!! It had probably the best shower I have had in a hotel!! The included breakfast was great and in a large, nice area! It is in a quiet area as well. Easy on /off to I 10 but not on the freeway. There are 2 Home 2 Suites in Pensacola so make sure it is the one at Pine Forest Road.

Well designed and maintained building; pet-friendly (though no giraffes, according to in-room literature); clean, comfortable, and quiet guest room with a quiet and effective air conditioning/heating system; friendly and knowledgeable staff; delicious breakfast choices; clean and well designed pool area; well appointed kitchenette (with option of a portable cooktop); festive outdoor grill area... I'm not sure which I like better, Hilton's Curio Collection or the Home2Suites brand. The only, and I do mean only, disappointment is the migraine-inducing air "freshener" located in each elevator lobby. There are two brightly painted stairwells though, so I got my steps in.

Reservation was for Fri, August 12th- Sun, August 14th. We drove from Jacksonville, FL and called the hotel late morning, asking if our room was ready, as we were hoping to check in. I was told by the female clerk our room was ready and we arrived around 1pm. Male clerk told us room was not ready and would be a few hours - not a big deal as we had alternate plans if room wasn't ready. We got lunch, went back closer to check in time and got checked in. Room was clean, smelled nice and was a/c worked great! I reserved the King suite, and it was perfect for myself, my fiancé and my 16-year-old daughter. Two TV's, large fridge, micro, sink and plenty of room. We used the pool once, pool temp was perfect however there was some trash on the ground and debris in the pool, including used band aids. Free breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but the ladies on our second day there were super sweet and asked if everything was ok. Small omelets, breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt were on the menu. I don't think they change it up much day to day. Both nights we stayed the room next door was LOUD - music, tv, yelling. Didn't call front desk 1st night but did the 2nd night. We try to be understanding however this was ridiculous. When I called the 2nd night, the front desk clerk was super nice, apologetic and said he would address the noise. It FINALLY calmed down around 4:45/5am. Location was approx 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach - all highway so traffic wasn't an issue. Overall, we would stay again.…

DO NOT STAY HERE. Walls are very thin. The room next door kept us up two nights in a row. I really wanted to give this a five star rating. It’s new, clean and nice staff. But when the walls are so thin you can hear the TV next door, well, the purpose of a hotel is to get a good nights rest and we didn’t…..two nights in a row. And we even had white noise makers going.
