Took over 20 minutes to check in because it was time for shift change and the relief was sitting outside until 10 after and the other lady had already started her night audit. Then they had to chit chat about who was working when how they gave no schedule and their boss is clueless how to run a company. Breakfast was a joke, photos online show a breakfast bar with many options when asked the next morning how late was breakfast served was told oh it’s just donuts and coffee and they were gone at 9am (called at 9:02am). Not worth the extra money I could have saved and went out to breakfast by staying at a cheaper hotel that didn’t serve breakfast. Will not return or recommend.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are spot on. What they call breakfast is something we would never serve our children. I select hotels based on whether or not they serve breakfast. When I choose a hotel for our family of 8 people, I book two rooms, preferably adjoining. I also ALWAYS look for hotels that serve breakfast. This place is not it. Quality of the room was poor. Many things are broken or missing. Bathroom door did not latch. Trim is missing in bathrooms of BOTH rooms we had. My elderly father almost fell when he held onto a table in the room because the legs were not attached properly. He ended up turning the screws in with his hand to secure it more. Worst part is what they advertise as "breakfast". See the attached photos. Coffee served in two pump pots of which one did not work and little packets of Donettes mini donuts. When I asked about it, the manager said they stopped serving breakfast when COVID hit and found people prefer it that way!!! Why then do they not take it off of the website. We will avoid this place in future.…

Check in was quick &the room was as ordered. The TV & internet worked well. I had a minor problem with the TV but the clerk quickly solved the problem. There was also plenty of ice available. The breakfast was pre-packaged donuts. I would stay here if ever in the area again.

The property was in bad shape and the broom had bugs crawling in it. The bathroom had a toilet that would not stop running and the main shower bell was put on poorly causing it to not turn off after a couple of tries I finally was able to. The TV setup was incorrect and had to be adjusted by the front desk worker. Do not stay here.

Not bad for a motel!!! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to your needs. Never made me feel like I was asking too much!!!! The only thing I would suggest is having paper in your printer and key cards that worked until departure

The bathroom seriously lacked maintenance. The toilet was not secured to the floor, ultimately leaking every time you flush. The room smelled like urine the entire time. The shower temperature valve would just fall off in your hands, impossible to control the temperature of the water.

Once in the room, we instantly noticed a STINCH.. Not at all welcoming. We were greeted by pests in the bathroom, inability to connect to Wifi, or turn on the a/c. THE PICTURES PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ARE EXTREMELY DECEIVING. I asked the front desk, and they stated "the pictures were over 4 YEARS OLD, and none of the rooms actually look like that". I was also denied disinfectants, or ANY cleaning supplies when Trying to clean the tub, so that my daughter could take a shower.... They stated it was unavailable.. I wonder how long that has been?!!

Room was extremely small. Walkway between wall and dresser and as very narrow. Walls were very thin. Could hear guest in next room screaming and fighting all night. Very pricey for the quality. Only had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. No extras

Filthy. Dirty towels left in room, counter tops and mirrors covered with fingerprints Bathroom door would not stay closed. Elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. Ice maker did not have cover. Coffee maker in room was missing parts

When we got into our hotel room our door was opened and items were missing.. they said they would call me after looking at footage and never received anything. We came for two nights for Easter weekend with our newborn… not ok.
