I accidentally booked a room thru a website and tried to reach out to hotel letting them know it was a mistake and I wouldn’t be needing the room. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very rude and had an attitude. I will not be using Red Roof anymore.

do not stay here it's the horrible worst place ever the worst hotel the rooms are nasty people are rude people smoking everywhere the food for the breakfast was horrible the room smell bad the bathroom has mold everywhere two towels or not clean there was a used condom and there is needles everywhere Google please do not stay here we have to go to another hotel never stay here we went here to catch up with some friends who are staying there is horrible

Unfortunately, we went to Pensacola. Florida for the burial of my husbands Dad. We stayed at the Sweet Dreams Inn, on Highway 29. Not a bad no frills hotel. They are pet friendly, and have a pool. We will be going back for vacation .

Looked online and booked at the Sweet Dream Inn (very nasty and their pictures are photoshopped) for my first night...bad...moved to the Red Roof and found a clean room, good price, and good customer service. For the budget-minded on a quick trip to the area, I will stay here again. The room was clean and everything was working as it should and priced under $100.00.

This is not your normal Red Roof Inn. It is an old badly maintained building. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to. Where do I begin? The girl working there was pleasant at least. We went to our room and it smelled like smoke in a "smoke free hotel. In the room the toilet paper holder was broken, the A.C. didn't work, the floor in the bathroom was lifting from water damage, the floors were sticky, there was a beer bottle cap in our sheets and the door to the room was partially broken. When I went to get the luggage out of my car a zombie like person wrapped in a blanket was wandering through the parking area begging for money. In the morning we saw more of these type of people. When we arrived to this hotel it was too late to go to another one otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. To be fair most of my stays at Red Roof Inn are good but this one is "unique"😐…

Please run dont walk from this dirty, old hotel. And it isnt cheap. They charge 2.50 for an in room safe even if you dont use it. They will give you that money back IF the next morning you ask for it. Carpets are filthy. The room stinks so bad I cant describe it. Shame on Red Roof for allowing this property in their group. One night stay. Staff were very nice. but that were it ends. I feel for them. Dirty room. Bathroom is terrible. Just a sink and no vanity. No room for shaving gear or anything for that matter. Have to use desk in bedroom. Had to unplug refrigerator because it was so noisy. Large uncomfortable king bed. Close to highway but very hard to get to. Also lots of traffic noise and sirens all night. Coffee provided but parts of coffee maker were missing so no coffee. This hotel needs a complete redo.

Jim and I moved from Pensacola last month ( closer to the grandkids) and returned to pick up many house plants our wonderful neighbors were keeping for us. We needed to stay overnight so we could meet some friends for dinner then pick up the plants the next morning. We had never stayed in Pensacola since we lived there and when we were looking to move there 5 years ago we stayed in our RV. I priced the Hampton inn, where we normally stay when traveling and it seemed really high.. over $250 for one night.... thought seriously about paying it because we’re never disappointed there. Should have thought harder. This place appears to be ok from passing by as we did many times. It was only one night... one very long night! Room was filthy! Floor was cheap vinyl tile that you could see what appeared to be weeks of dirt all over! Disgusting. Furniture had pieces missing.. one drawer completely gone from the well worn dresser. Chipped Formica table tops. Filthy bathroom... we were actually afraid to shower! Rust stains all over the toilet and the bathtub was dirty and stained! If we hadn’t been so tired we’d have left. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in this country! Without thinking I kicked off my flip flops ( bad habit I have)... walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and touched up my makeup before we went out for dinner. I grabbed some fresh clothes and sat down to change... my husband Jim said “ oh my God! Look at your feet!” I showered this morning and rode in a car all day... after 5 minutes in this room barefoot my feet were black! Scrubbed them clean, and we left for dinner.
