About 3 mi from airport. Checked in around midnight. Fast and friendly receptionist. Maybe older hotel but newer reno to room and BR. Clean. Free breakfast, good eggs, real bacon, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, waffles, fruit. Small problems: closet too close to bed, hard to access, high shrieking nose when shower is turned on. Would recommend.

I stay at this property every month. My daughter goes to children’s hospital never had a problem till today the window in unit opened all the way a dangerous hazard for children being on the 5th floor I reported it. Then I get a message that I’m being charged $250 dollar damage fee because lock on window was broke and that the room was smoked in. I would never had reported window if I smoked in room. Bad part is I don’t even smoke. Every time I check in I always bring my own cleaners and Lysol to clean they are not very clean.And rooms always stink I never complain because I just bring my cleaning stuff and do it the way I like it to be clean I’m a housekeeper where I live been doing it for 20 yrs I know how people clean motel Rooms. So when I went back to motel to ask about charges manager was so rude so unprofessional.…

Greetings Ms. April and thanks for staying at our property. Please know that your business is very much appreciated. We're so sorry your recent stay was your first not so pleasant experience. According to our Guest Resolution Report you informed the front desk about the open window after you returned from the hospital and your guest was left in the room. Management was asked to check room after two housekeepers called to report your room wreaked of heavy thc smell. Mgmt, confirmed room was definitely smoked in and Lysol was used to divert smell. When you arrived back to the property inquiring about the $200 charge Mgmt explained to you that your company and not you actually smoked in the room. We refunded $100 back for being a loyal guest whom we never had any problems with nor had you ever complained to our hospitality staff that rooms were not clean or bad quality. Hope to see you back soon.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. I was traveling with 46 people and they made us feel at home from the moment we walked in the door. Thank you Anita and all your staff. Highly recommend!

Everything went wonderful. From making my room reservations (6 rooms), check-in, rooms themselves were very comfortable, breakfast the next morning and checkout. This was a group reservation for a high school swim team and the staff were wonderful to my kids.

I had about 20 plus employees staying at this hotel for work duties. We travel all over the US and we were amazed how clean the hotel is. I been in and out of hotels for the last 7yrs and this is by far the cleanest one. The hospitality that was shown here was unbelievable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was great and the lemonade in the lobby is amazing. Plenty of restaurants you can go too. The airport is only 10 min away. CLC rate will be approved. The parking lot is huge with room to park truck and trailer if needed. Trust me come stay here you wont be disappointed.

I was looking for reasonably priced, clean, and safe accommodations for my motorcycle club in Pensacola, FL and after a few calls to other hotels, I came across this one. The front desk put me in contact with Anita Cromartie, the sales manager, and it was smooth sailing from there. She blocked the number of rooms that I needed for the group, and provided me with a unique website link that was dedicated to my group for reservation purposes. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted with a welcome sign on the door (with our motorcycle club’s name on it), smiling faces at the front desk, great attitudes, and seamless room assignments. It didn’t stop there, being that it was a hot summer day, the hotel staff prepared a fresh batch of lemonade to help hydrate and cool us down after out 7 hour road trip in the heat. If that wasn’t enough, the staff had provided us with a designated area for us to park our 30+ bikes together… that was great! The rooms were just as Anita had described, clean, cool, and comfortable. All of the amenities worked and there were no issues. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we come back to Pensacola.…

My first time visiting Florida, beautiful state I might add. We came to visit my Son, and the staff at Comfort Inn was amazing. Rooms are clean and nice. This is my favorite Hotel in Pensacola, the rates are reasonable and you can’t find a more comfortable Bed! Rooms are always clean, and fresh. The staff is awesome, from the front desk manager, to all the housekeeping ladies (who keep the place running)! I’m here once a week or more for my job, and this place is my home away from home.

Hotel is on the same road as many food establishments. About 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, but not a bad ride. Hotel has free breakfast and a small fitness room. Rooms are small, but clean. Pool are is nice to have.
