Hotel's Favourite
Our room was very spacious and comfortable. A dishwasher, large microwave, and a refrigerator that was bigger than a mini fridge were among the nice features. The hotel employees were friendly. They offered different delicious hot breakfast items each of the three mornings we were there. A Bone Fish Grill, Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill, and a Longhorn Steakhouse are among several nearby restaurants. We enjoyed exploring Pensacola while staying at this location.

The room was run down, floors were dirty, shower head only worked in the stream position, tile on shower wall’s peeling and bath handles were rusted, beds a bit hard, pillows seemed old. Staff was very friendly though.

The hotel is in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Common areas are clean and attractive, breakfast is OK. However, the rooms need to be updated. Kitchens are quite old, bathtubs are chipped, wall paper peeling, closet door falling off track. For the price paid I expected more, not a good value

I’ve stayed here several times when traveling through PNS and it’s always my top choice. Pleasant employees, a clean and updated facility, very good amenities, large rooms with a separate bedroom, and within two blocks of restaurants AND the airport. The price is always competitive for the area. What more can one ask for?

The 1st room we had the furnace was broken. The air was on and the room was 59. When we switched it to heat, it still continued to blow cold air. The front desk immediately offered us a new room. In the 2nd room we thought the remote was broken, only the power and volume worked. Turned out the remote's sensor for cable was behind the TV to hide the fact the case was broken, when we moved it the top part flew behind the tv table. We had to hang the sensor down the side of the TV so the remote would work. Otherwise the rooms showed more than a little wear and tear. The closet doors in both rooms were off track! The shower door in the 2nd room didn't shut tight because of what looked like weather stripping at the bottom and the shower head was so high on the wall my husband could barely reach to adjust it and he's 6'1! Breakfast was so-so. I don't think I have seen bacon as thin as paper before. I was definitely very disappointed , especially for a Hilton!…

The rooms wasn’t cleaned and the was blood spots on the sheets and the mattress was really dirty and have a lot of stains. Hote manager refuses to do the refund but I already file a dispute with my credit card because this they ruined my Memorial Day vacation and i had to go back for 2 more nights to another hotel in Pensacola. This had never happened to me or my family in the Hilton hotels.

Kel and Daniel made sure me and my family were taken care of. After driving through the night for 11 hours it was a huge relief that when we arrived they made sure that our two rooms were ready for us to move on in and it was only 11am. The location is ideal, but that's where the charm of this hotel ends. The rooms could use a good deep cleaning and repair. The ceiling fan was covered in a thick layer of dust & the magnifying mirror hung loosely from the wall. The front desk service is also lacking. No one acknowledges your presence or bothers to greet you. & You can expect housekeeping to wait (rudely) outside your door precisely at checkout. Kudos to the breakfast hostess (older woman), very pleasant and accommodating!

Spent 3 nights in this hotel last week. Our only comment is we had to go to the front desk to get sheets/pillow for the hide-a-bed. Additionally, we had to get maintenance to come fix our tv as it didn't have connectivity to the cable. Breakfast was good. All in all it's a great place to stay.
