Amazing staff, clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was good, except eggs. Eggs tasted powdered. Bed was advertized as a queen but was not. It was a double. I really liked the hotel but am not sure if I'll stay again due to bed size.
I just stayed a night on my way from Texas to Florida. We had 2 rooms, one was a 2 Queens Suite and another was the 1 King Suite. I would definitely recommend the 2 Queens Suite. Clean, comfortable after a long day's drive and front desk was accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
PROS: friendly and attentive staff members; excellent location CONS: can get noisy ADVICE: ask about discounts at nearby restaurants =---= This hotel is in a great location: close to the highway; next to a shopping center (that includes a BJ's Wholesale). As mentioned, we asked about nearby restaurants and were given a coupon for 10% off, which we used and enjoyed.
Congenial welcoming registration desk staff. Housekeeping staff seemed to do their job well. Beds were excellent. Breakfast seemed predictable Hampton Inn. The breakfast attendant was pleasant and helpful. Lighting is dim--in the interests of economy, the bathroom lighting was particularly lacking and simply dim. No bathroom exhaust fan. Sound proofing between floors is not good. We stayed 3 nights and for 2 of those nights the residents above were walking, talking, and evidently throwing a ball to their dog which disturbed our efforts to sleep.
Easy check in, clean updated rooms, & adequate breakfast. Cute waffle machine! Forget the requirements to write 200 words. This is the 2nd time you have sent this & I filled it out! I guess the first review wasn’t 200 words, so forget it; it’s not worth my time.
The Hotel was decent for our 3 day stay. Everything seemed fine until we got home and saw the credit credit card charge. The charge was for more than our receipt so we called to get the difference refunded. The lady that we spoke to literally said "it's only $$" difference what does it matter. It matters because if you do this 2-3 times a day or a week how much does this "only" difference add up to. Very hateful not the proper response. Still pending a call back to resolve the issue. (8/28/22 check out date)
Pros: Location, Hot Breakfast, Room clean, front desk & breakfast staff friendly Cons: 1 elevator that made a loud bang every time it got to ground floor, elevator walls were dirty looking, not sure of other events but hotel was full and lots of loud kids in pool & halls at night, walls were thin. Would stay again if needed, but prefer Hampton Inn by Airport
Everything was awesome. With the start of spring break in Florida I was attending a conference nearby. There were no late night parties to complain about. The young people who participated in the SBConference B-ball we’re polite and quiet!
Was visiting Pensacola to delivery my daughter's car, she is stationed at Corry Station with the Navy. This location was close and around great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very well presented and if you go, I hope you encounter Fran, she did an amazing job keeping up with the flow of people and was very friendly.
My first time in the city as well as the Comfort Inn and it was freshening. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful . Everyone made me feel welcomed and wanted. The management team is wonderful. The hotel was very clean and inviting from the campus to the rooms.I certainly will advise my family, friends, and co-workers to stay here and I'm looking forward to future stays when I'm in town. Oh,did I mention the bed!..,lol...big smile...too dreamy...after a long night at work..it was heaven.:)
