Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here one night in early October 2022. Room 226 has a king size bed and a convenient walk in shower, no tub, which is. perfect for us. The linens, pillows, and towels were all very nice. The indoor pool looked wonderful although we didn't use it. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. All the staff members were pleasant and professional.

Large rooms with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely friendly- especially Katie who made her rounds around the breakfast room each morning greeting everyone and making sure we all had everything we needed.

The clerk, Elizabeth was great. But I had an issue that I needed to speak with the manager, Johanna. She was given my name and cell number. I left several messages for her. She never contacted me. I also left a message for Raj as well. He didn’t return my call either. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

We had an amazing time here me and my wife had a king suite room with its own Jacuzzi tub in it. Highly recommended! An the indoor pool was well maintained! An an amazing hot breakfast. Great staffing!

Every year we travel from Texas to Florida and we always stop at this HIE. Elizabeth checked us in and was very kind and helpful, and Regina got our room ready before we arrived. It was so nice after the long drive to get such great service.

We had reservations at a different location that got cancelled without our knowledge and had no place to stay. Elizabeth got us a room and was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was very nice, clean and comfy after a long car ride.
