This motel has very easy access to I-10. It it near a variety of restaurants and is far enough from the beach to not be loud or “touristy.” The room was well-appointed with plenty of towels. Breakfast was adequate with enough variety to be satisfying. By far the best thing about this property is the staff with whom we interacted - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here on 2 different occasions in August, both time were very good. Dusty checked us in both times. Check in was smooth and quick. A week later when we came back Dusty remembered my name. He is knowledgable of the area and a really sweet guy. Our room was very clean. I wipe everything down at every check in and usually come across something. Great job house keeping! I will stay here again.

One of the best Best Western motels. Rooma are clean, breakfast is very good (hot and well cooked). Check-in ism quick, efficient and polite. Check out is the same. We will stay there again when we are in the Pensacola area

The other hotel the original reservation was at was overbooked. The manager from the other hotel promised us the exact same room and accommodations. The manager was on speaker, and at the end of the conversation I specifically asked him what exactly the hotel room has to offer. He said two double beds AND a pull out couch. Perfect. We get to the hotel, after driving for 16 hrs, and check in. There are 7 (one baby) of us. We all check in at once, meaning, we all walk in together, and go to our room. We had a double bed but no pull out couch. At this point all we wanted to do was shower the 5 children who have been stuck in a car for 16 hrs, and feed them. During this time, I went downstairs to ask about the room we were supposed to get. Was told they knew nothing about that and that is the room the other manager called and said we was to get. I was confused as I know for a fact you can not have 7 people in a 2 bed room. My friend went back down and tried to explain the situation. Finally about 10 pm we were offered another room for $252. Two people, including myself, slept on the floor. This is not acceptable. I did ask for extra pillows and blankets, but only could get 3 pillows and two blankets extra. Do you know what that means? That means I had to put a SHEET on the floor, and then use the extra blanket for myself and the other person the same. Sleeping on the floor of a hotel room is NOT what I envisioned for my first time in Florida. One of my children had to sleep in a chair, sitting up because he had no where to sleep, as my other child was sleeping on the floor too. I offered to let him sleep on the floor and I sleep on the chair; however, he told me he wanted me to get more sleep since he knew how tired I was. No child should ever have to sacrifice his own sleep.…

Our team did their best to accommodate your family of 7 to which you declined. 7 guests is 1 guest more than the max occupancy for a double suite at either hotel and you would have needed to book 2 rooms to accommodate the number in your party. Do not stay here! After a nearby hotel overbooked me, this hotel confirmed that it was an "equivalent" sister property but refused a refund when they quickly found out that they couldn't accommodate my whole family. My original booking was for a suite that slept 6, and this hotel room only slept 4. 2 of my family members were forced to sleep on a floor. My original booking also had a pool and this hotel did not. I immediately complained but BW blamed IHG and IHG blamed BW. Best Western clearly lied and their only solution was to charge me an extra $253 for an additional room at 10pm! I just want a refund of $231.87 after this nightmare experience.

I will start out with five stars. I removed one star because the HVAC control panel wasn’t working properly and was a struggle to figure out. I removed another star because it takes a week or more to get the rewards points and yet they bill your credit card immediately. They need to fix this. The breakfast was very good, the staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and up to date.

First, do not expect to easily use a Best Western rewards voucher at this location. Tried to use at checkin and were told that since this was a privately owned Best Western franchise they could not accept a voucher. A call was made and finally the voucher was accepted, but the clerk did not know how to credit the voucher. We were told that someone was coming in at 11PM to credit the voucher. At check out the entire was charged to my credit card. I asked about the voucher credit and the morning desk clerk had no clue as to what I was talking about. The voucher was finally found but she did not know how to credit the voucher. A call was made to the manager and we had to wait for her to arrive to credit the voucher. The manager arrived and was very surly and rude. She acted as if we were the problem and an inconvenience to her day. She never apologized or thanked us for our Best western stay. She barely spoke to at all. It was very plain she was not happy because we used a voucher. Do not expect breakfast at this location. The were no eggs, only a tablespoon of bacon crumbs and no coffee. We were told that the coffee machine was new and no one knew how to use it. Seems to be a great lak of training at this location. Will never return!…

I was only here for a couple of days but I was very happy with this hotel. It’s close to the interstate and the pillows and bed were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The best part… the staff. I spoke with three of them at the front desk while there and all of them were so friendly and so helpful. I’d go back again just for the amazing staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
