Travis the manager is phenomenal. Best hotel in the area for the price you pay, $61! Every other hotel on the strip is absolute ass and overpriced. I promise you. You will not have a comfortable stay on this strip unless you choose this hotel. I’ve tried a bunch of hotels out and this is the one I find most soothing to relax. Rooms are well kept, A/C works, fridge, microwave and of course your tv and shower. I stay at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites a couple times every week or so and just about every time I come back, Travis is there. He’s always finding ways to make sure your stay is the best it can be. He always knows I’m alone when I stay here and he felt the need to put me in a 2 bedroom room with an extra card key for the room! For the same price of a one bedroom! Of course I didn’t really need it nor did I ask him for a two bedroom, but if something came about and I met a hot girl ;) he thought ahead! Lol no but that’s a BADASS move on his end! He’s the type of person who truly wants to build a relationship with his customers/ will go out of his way and take care of ANY needs you may have. People, spend your money where you feel welcome. Where there is great customer service. This hotel is that kind of vibe. TO CONCLUDE: I cannot stress enough this is your best bet for a hotel on this strip. We passed through Pensacola and wished we kept going or found a different hotel. We smelled marijuana all night, had to Clorox wipe everything and just get dirty the whole stay. Very disappointed in this stay!

Stay somewhere else, even if it's more expensive. Not clean - we had to scrub off the sticky table top before putting our belongings on it. The same was true for the night table. The overhead light didn't work until we got up on a chair, removed the fixture and screwed in the bulb. The bed was Ok, but the pillows were flat as pancakes. Also, the beds had no bedspreads, just bare blankets. Don't know when they were last washed. Ostensibly a non-smoking room, the blankets and furniture had a stale cigarette odor. We asked for a room away from noisy Pensacola Blvd., but were given one not far from the road, even though the hotel was mostly empty when we arrived. This is the last time we'll ever stay at an America's Best Value Inn.

I traveled out to Pensacola for work. In these past two weeks I have been to 3 different hotels I just couldn’t find a home away from home until I landed at this hotel. And definitely the best hotel I came across. Not to mention their weekly rates is definitely worth it but also the manager Travis well he is such a sweetheart. I seen him patrolling the premises constantly to make you feel at home also making the hotel safe for their guest. The hotels I’ve seen multiple drug trades and fights and here it’s a wonderful quiet and safe environment. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a hotel to stay here as the staff makes you feel very comfortable and happy to serve their guest. Well let me say considering the location my overall stay was lovely. Especially Ms Rhonda omg her smile and personality is everything my kids loved her from the beginning she was very helpful with food places and places to go with the family she deserves an award lol but I just want to say thank you to her for making our stay awesome she was the best

This was our family vacation.. We drove to Pensacola from Austin Texas. The hotel was comfortable and ac got very cold. Only bad thing was I asked for towels twice and toilet paper and never received neither..

Overpromised bordering on lying, no lied! Hotel was all used up! Window in room broken and spidered. Bathroom, wife would not go in. Repaired, muddled and repaired. Front desk would not contact manager! We walked/ran from this hotel! Avoid!

We had a great stay for 3 nights. Its very budgeted hotel and we think the value we paid was fair. The staff is friendly and very pleasant. The rooms were clean and good. Defiantly going back here when we visit Pensacola.

no continental breakfast., We would have liked to have had breakfast with the room, when I asked about it they stated there is a McDonalds across the parking lot, which told me that McD's had better breakfast than the had, had, and that was why they did not have breakfast any more.
