We are a rewards member and wanted to stay at the Hampton Inn Pensacola on the way back home on march 23 because we have always enjoyed our stay at Hampton. We arrived about 5 pm and asked the person at the desk for a room. The worker was not helpful and we felt that the worker did not care if we stayed there or not. We had stayed at the Hampton in Crestview earlier that week and they had no problem finding us. We had a great experience there. After the treatment we received by the uncaring, unhelpful employee at the Pensacola Hampton we left and went down the street to stay at Holiday Inn where we were treated well.

Only stayed for one night but stay was as expected. Large, clean suite and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming at front desk and breakfast area. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

Hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming. Making the reservation on the phone, checking in and checking out all with Jasmine was PERFECT! We had a 4th floor room which was VERY CLEAN, everything worked in our room, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast (standard hotel fare but decent enough quality) and hotel was quiet. 2 mile drive to 5 Flags which made it super convenient for the reason we were there. Thought the price during a special event was fair. Would definitely stay at this property in the future. Pool also looked nice although we didn't use it. Thanks again Jasmine for making our stay a pleasant one!

What an incredible experience staying here! Welcoming entrance, friendly staff, good prices, and spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, free parking, free wifi, business center (with a Mac) and pool. The GM completely understands the hospitality industry because she's putting words into action at this Hampton Inn. Do yourself a favor when in Pensacola and stay here. You won't regret it!

We were not told we had to schedule for housekeeping to clean our room. However, we got a note underneath the door housekeeping is off for Thanksgiving. This should be communicated at the time of check in. 3 days dirty room.

The stay at this Hampton is always nice. During the last few years, you do have to ask for your room to be serviced including clean towels. It is for respect to personal contact. Breakfast has been better in the past even though it is precooked. Parking can be limited due to space. We did witness prestaging of electrical trucks to respond to Hurricane Ian, so it really caused an issue for parking. and seemed to be a patron that caused parking issued with the horse trailer they were pulling. Hotel needs to address parking.

We were in town for a Swim Meet and we're looking for a low cost really nice room and got one. Room was new and very clean. Having a bath tub was nice to have to soak tired feet. Breakfast was good standard Hampton fare. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right off off I-10, it is a great place to stay when doing things away from downtown Pensacola.

If I could give them no stars I would. I am a Hilton Honors member, but I will never use them again. I was traveling cross-country from CA to FL driving a Penske truck with a car trailer in the back. When I got to Pensacola I just could not drive anymore. I had been staying at Hampton Inns throughout my trip without an issue. They had reasonable prices and they were close to the freeway. Well, that was not the case with this location. On their website the price was $117. We were paying similar rates across the country. But, they charged me $338 for one night, plus a $50 for amenities. I asked the lady at the desk why the price was so high. She said she didn’t know. It was ridiculous and her manager thought it was ridiculous, but that is what I paid, thinking that I could call corporate and they could fix this because I just could not safely ride any further. I got back to CA and had to call corporate 3 times. The first two times they said they would contact me within 48 hours. They did not. When I called the third time they told me that corporate communicated with the hotel, but did not call me. The Pensacola I-10 hotel because it was not at the beach told them that’s how much they charged and did not communicate with me at all. The customer service person told me that during the season between February and September they charged higher. That’s not true because none of the Hampton hotels across the country charged me such an amount. The Hampton hotels are not worth $338 plus tax. The corporate and that particular hotel’s customer service was appalling. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Our hotel, and all Hilton hotels use a revenue management platform designed to keep the hotel rates competitive in their perspective market. Having said that, if the hotel is not priced competitively, potential guests would seek a different hotel. Pensacola, is very business during this time of year therefor demand for hotel rooms are high and rates tend to be higher. I know this does not help with your situation however, did want to try and explain it. Please give us a call if you would like to discuss this in more detail. My diamond membership was never acknowledged, I had to ask for my waters as a Diamond member. I was offered one complimentary snack, when I aske for cookies and chips I was told. One or the other, but as we were leaving for dinner another guest had checked in and had one of everything. I had asked if there was a complimentary upgrade and the girl told me "no, its because of the rock show" Pretty much BS. We were there for 2 nights, the second day I asked a chamber maid to please do our room and leave fresh towels. We returned after a long afternoon from a family funeral and the room had not been touched. We took the room out of necessity, but this was definitely not a $250.00 per night room. The floors felt damp, This was a $140.00 room at best. VERY disappointed.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the woman working at the front was so kind and courteous, even the cleaning and breakfast staff were 5star. Ive been to many hotels around the country and its always nice to have friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay!
