Great location. Excellent bed and linens with a good view of Pensacola Bay. Awakened by the train, but didn't ruin the experience. Will probably stay here again. Love the lobby and common space which was a former train station. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I really enjoyed seeing the architecture of the train station retained throughout the building. Check-in was incredibly smooth and swift. The staff were excellent. The room was very clean and the in-room amenities were as expected. Very comfortable beds and linens. I loved the shower amenities that the hotel has chosen. Very nice. All in all, a great visit with...

We stayed here while visiting family. The hotel staff was awesome! Anything we needed, they made sure we got. The decor is beautiful. My son loved to go and watch the train every time he heard the whistle. The bar was awesome. They made us feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was okay but not great. I...

Thank you so much for your positive feedback and 5 star rating. Our #1 priority is to make our guests feel right at home and we are willing to do anything to make that possible. Our hotel was the historic L&N Depot (an old train depot) and it certainly has a lot of history. But we really hope to see...

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Maid service was very good each of my 4 days there. Staff was super friendly and always helpful. I do wish the hotel offered a breakfast inclusive rate-and that yogurt was available in the shop or restaurant. Great experience overall.

Convenient downtown location for Pensacola's historic district, airport, Pensacola beaches, Naval Aviation Museum, Perdido Beaches, etc. All within the reach within 30 minutes. Great for those interested in staying in a historical landmark of a renovated former train station, in contrast to the usual modern hotel chains. Problem is the ugly Pensacola Convention Center and highways blocking the beautiful front view...

A very nice hotel attached to a refurbished train depot from the early 1900's. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it was near I110. The lobby, restaurant, and pub are very picturesque and well staffed and maintained. Very happy with this one, we'll be back!

Ok, so two good things... It's attached to cool old train station and there are some nice staff (Eve+). But the bad vastly overshadows the good. First, they had no reservation upon arrival despite having confirmed days prior; however, they found us a room. Sadly it was located on mid leveI floor next to railway tracks. I sleep like a...

The hotel lobby is very charming. It's an old train station. The decor in the lobby has many antiques that remind you of an older time in Pensacola. The rest of the hotel is more modern. The hotel is near railroad tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, you will be woken up a few times a night by a...

Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate you staying with us and hope you come back to see us again. However, we do provide 24 hour maintenance and 24 hour front desk staff. We are also trying to convince the city council about making this area a "quiet zone" for the train.

I stayed here just one night on the front end of a conference I was attending. The hotel is actually located in, what seems like, the middle of a highway system. It is within minutes of the water however, a car is definitely needed to get to surrounding activities. The front entrance of the complex is an old train station...

The first 2 floors are part of an old train terminal, beautiful decor and very well kept. The bar on the first floor is very charming with a lot of wood and naval themes. The bar staff are excellent, warm and friendly, Locals go to the pub which says a lot for a hotel bar. Rooms are fine not above...
