It was an okay stay the room was clean and despite all the cars Eve we able to get in quickly. Th area looks tiff but had no trouble at all during our stay. Breakfast is minimal but better than nothing

Shortly after checking in, I needed to use the toilet but it was dirty. One wipe with a piece of toilet paper came up disgustingly yellow, so I called the front desk for help. After an hour, nobody came so I called again. Thirty more minutes went by, still nothing, so I ended up cleaning it myself since I needed it pretty badly at that point. While I am in the bathroom using it, that's when housekeeping not only comes into the room but the bathroom as well. Packed up and left immediately after that

This was our first stop to Pensacola for military visit for my partner. They got us taken care of the whole stay and kept checking in on us to make sure we wanted fro nothing. They seem to go out of their way for military

The people were super chill and made sure we were by the pool so my kids could swim. They even gave us water for hitting Mardi Gras parades which was very cool of them to do. All good vibes at this place and it’s peeps.

While the parking lot looks really old the workers were great and the rooms were super clean. Thank goodness the ac kept it cold because it was very hot outside. I was hoping the pool would be open but they said it closed for off-season

It was close to downtown which was nice since we came to see some of the hot spots this little town has to offer. Parking downtown is a nightmare so we walked it instead. Only real complaint was the parking lot

It’s an older hotel but I needed something close to the church that my daughter was getting married in in downtown Pensacola. They got me and my family in earlier than normal so we could get ready and have time to rest.

Everything was good. We don’t care for all that fancy stuff we just need a bed while we are visiting. People were really nice and told us spot to get check out and good places to try. It was too cold to check out the beach but good

This review is based on a one-night stay. The customer service from the staff was not at all unpleasant, but they could be more attentive. The room is average; however, the layout was different but nice; the bed was comfortable; breakfast could be improved; and the location was excellent.
