No housekeeping service unless staying over for 5 days. Couldn't get trash emptied or new towels. Out of toilet paper. Shower dirty. Rooms didn't match rooms reserved online. Breakfast poor all processed foods.
Staff is very accommodating. Restaurants are within walking distance. Shuttles run on demand. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good if you leave late enough to enjoy it. My husband doesn’t like the heavy quilts on the bed, but I am in heaven. We have stayed here several times before flights early in the morning.
Well not only was the hotel poor and outdated. They are making me do a survey twice cause I guess the lost the first one. Stay anywhere but at this hotel. The only thing good was the nice security guard
I had zero issues staying here. I needed a place to stay for the night, and while more expensive than options further away, the free hotel shuttle and location next to many eateries drew me to this Hampton Inn. I used the treadmill and they were in good condition. My room was clean and the staff friendly. I would stay here again.
This hotel is beyond tired! From the towels to the bed linens. But, especially Roper, the front desk clerk. First of all, we had to call 3 different times to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport. Each time we called, we were given a different excuse. We were picked up by the nicest gentleman. He told us that the clerk had just then told him that we were waiting. We weren't sure who to believe until we met Roper. She did not greet us. She seemed angry for being there. And then more angry because we showed up. You guys really need to do better. I know that it's hard to find anyone who is willing to work. But, Roper is a pathetic excuse to have greeting your guests. I gave you two stars for the kind shuttle driver and because my room was IMMACULATE. Except for the pitiful excuse for bath towels and the bed linens, the room was clean. I'm sure the owner of this hotel just refuses to give you the tools to do your jobs. I work for someone like that too. They refuse to spend a penny more than necessary. Which is pathetic.…
This hotel was not worth $200 a night. The only reason why they can rob people is because it’s next to an airport. It was so disgusting! A large amount of dried urine was on the side of the bed and carpet. Dog food was left of the floor. The extra blankets in the closet were crammed and stuffed on the shelf. A sharp metal piece was sticking out on the side of the bed rail, making it a safety hazard. When my husband complained he was told we should of mentioned it earlier so we could get a room change. We returned to our room late and didn’t notice the issues until the next morning. Save yourself from a gross night stay and go to a Airbnb instead.
Our arrival and check-in with Lou Gomez, the On Dury Manager, was exceptional. Lou offered that service with a smile and was eager to please. It was downhill from there! No more service with a smile from any more employees. We had to initiate every greeting! Breakfast was only from 6 to 9 am on the weekdays, and you get an extra half hour on Saturdays and Sundays. But don't expect any food. We asked about muffins on Sunday morning, and the employee who would have rather been elsewhere answered with a stern “NO” when we asked if they had more muffins. And, be sure to bring your own bananas because they “go bad” at this hotel. And, don’t expect coffee! It’s tasteless and makes you believe you are just drinking hot water. We stayed four nights, and the rate increased each night. We didn't receive good value for our dollars. The air conditioning unit blows over the bed making sleeping uncomfortable. We set up the ironing board in front of the unit and covered it with a blanket, and tented it with pillows to divert the air upward. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke up with back aches each morning. No duvets on the bed, and they only provide one lightweight blanket. You may ask for more. We Diamond members will never return to this location.…
Poor management, lazy kitchen staff more concerned with cell phone then replacing TWO empty regular coffee containers with several people waiting in line DURING breakfast hour, Strong mildew smell two different rooms.Hole in blanket on the bed that didn't even have a spread. Corners bathoom floor dirty. Huge rubbish pile up ourtside by trash container over several hours.
Very friendly, sweet employees. I did not know the hotel offer a breve rate. Our room was huge with small counter for a kitchen area separate from main room. In the bedroom had a couch and desk work area. Loved having a couch to sit on while watching tv. Very large TV. Everything very clean. Bed was very hard.
I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's on travel. This one hits right in the middle of the bell curve. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location only 5 minutes from rental car check in. The facility could use a refresh. Walking down the first floor hallway to the other end of the building (by 1st floor rooms) is a bit awkward. But, the question as to whether I would stay there again if the circumstances were the same, yes!
