Flight to DFW was canceled and booked this hotel at the last minute. From the time I booked and got the shuttle to the hotel and checked it it was literally 15 minutes. The staff was so friendly and when I asked if we could walk to the hotel they said they will send a shuttle which was there within minutes. Got to the hotel, I booked the wrong room type and Roper, the guest services staff switched it out for us. She and all the staff from the shuttle driver where so friendly. Room was nice and clean, slept well and breakfast was above average for hotel breakfast. Call out to Roper. The stay truly made a unfortunate situation be fine due to this experience.

This Hampton Inn is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're doing a great job with anti-covid precautions. New wrapped masks were available at the front desk, antibacterial wipe kiosk was available at the elevator. Rooms were sanitized and sealed between stays. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I had a quiet stay.

The hotel staff provided assistance the best they could with limited amenities at hand that was not operational. Also, on a very POSITIVE NOTE , the van driver was very helpful in assisting in multiple ways: ie/ making necessary “ emergency” repair on my suitcase handle.exemplary help

Last night, my wife was traveling and her car broke down on I-10 near Pensacola. A wrecker towed her car to a local service shop and dropped her off at this hotel. The hotel has a shuttle and my wife asked if the shuttle could drop her off at the garage to pick up her car when it was ready. The garage was less than a mile away from the hotel. She was told the shuttle was strickly for airport service and could not be used to take guests to any other locations. I have stayed at many Hilton family hotels and a simple request such as this was never an issue. The Pensacola airport is not like LAX or Chicago O'Hare so I'm sure it is not continuously on the road. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

I’m writing this review because as female traveling alone this was not a good place to stay. The halls a not very lit and there was construction on the first floor and the fourth floor where I stayed which made the dim lit hallways look even worse. I felt like I was in some scary movie. Then there was no water in my room and no one at the front desk offered me water and when I asked why I was told that I had to ask for it. The vending machines don’t even have water in them. Only canned soda. Finally I had king bed and when I was under the covers it felt like I was getting bit. I shook the sheets out and proceeded to go to sleep being that I had an early flight. I woke up the next day to bug bites of some sort around my ankles. How disgusting! I really expected more from the Hilton brand.

We booked this hotel through Experian because we were visiting the cancer center in Pensacola for a needed operation. When we arrived, the parking lot was full of heavy duty construction or shipping containers. Once we found a place to park and entered the building, it reminded us of an old worn out casino that reeked of stale cigarette smoke and other odors. The carpet was nasty and the walls were marked and dirty.

The room they assigned to us was on the fourth floor which was undergoing renovation. The construction workers apologized to us for the dust,debris, and equipment all over the hallway. The room was stale and dirty and looked like an old 60's era cheap motel room.

We immediately informed the front desk that we wouldn't be staying there because of my wife's health issues. They said they had other rooms that weren't in the construction area that they could assign us to. It caused us to wonder why they would give us a room like that in the first place. We paid a premium price for three days, which they refused to refund.
We called Experian, and Experian called the hotel, and was also told Hampton would not refund the $561 we paid. I expect we will get a generic response to this review from someone at the hotel apologizing for our unfortunate experience, and promising to send our concerns up to some higher headquarters.
We have stayed at decent Hamptons in the past and are surprised that Hilton would allow this run down, dated, stinky, stale place continue to operate as a part of their chain.
Avoid at all costs!

This place was filthy; hallways, rooms. There is no room cleaning available by default unless you request it well in advance; same day requests will not be honored, not even for Diamond members. The toilet flush was constantly running in both of the rooms we had booked. The shower sprayed as much water out of the tub faucet as out of the shower head above. Will not return.

I was at the hotel for 7 nights and did not receive housekeeping. While $200 bucks a night is the norm these days, I would still expect that a Hilton brand would honor their promise and provide housekeeping at least once. The one bright spot is that the front desk staff was extremely friendly.

Worst hotel I have ever attended. Rooms were not available at check in time and staff was extremely rude with a lack of communication. They continued to use the excuse they have no control or community room with their housekeeping staff. Also don’t bother trying to connect with the front desk after getting in your room the phones weren’t even connected. Also, does not matter if you even got connected they would forget about your request or it would come 3 hours later.

Our arrival and check-in with Lou Gomez, the On Dury Manager, was exceptional. Lou offered that service with a smile and was eager to please. It was downhill from there! No more service with a smile from any more employees. We had to initiate every greeting! Breakfast was only from 6 to 9 am on the weekdays, and you get an extra half hour on Saturdays and Sundays. But don't expect any food. We asked about muffins on Sunday morning, and the employee who would have rather been elsewhere answered with a stern “NO” when we asked if they had more muffins. And, be sure to bring your own bananas because they “go bad” at this hotel. And, don’t expect coffee! It’s tasteless and makes you believe you are just drinking hot water. We stayed four nights, and the rate increased each night. We didn't receive good value for our dollars. The air conditioning unit blows over the bed making sleeping uncomfortable. We set up the ironing board in front of the unit and covered it with a blanket, and tented it with pillows to divert the air upward. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke up with back aches each morning. No duvets on the bed, and they only provide one lightweight blanket. You may ask for more. We Diamond members will never return to this location.
