Last minute stay was great a this hotel. Due to floods in Fort Lauderdale we drove North 95 and ended up at this hotels around 3 am. The front desk service provider - Stephen was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was able to get us a room on the top floor and understood the situation we were in. I am thankful for his help. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good by ‘free breakfast’ standards and it was close to many restaurants and grocery stores. I recommend this hotel!! And I’d book it again next time I’m in the area.

This used to be a great hotel; however, I found it to have gone downhill during a recent visit: - They did away with their nightly evening reception with complimentary wine, beer and snacks - Their free breakfast is not edible. It used to be a great spread, but they are clearly cutting corners - They don't clean your room every day - if I am paying a nightly rate, the room should be cleaned each day. While they exchange towels every other day, I returned to my room to have found it not complete, so had to remind the staff at the front desk - People smoked cigarettes and cigars around the pool, making it difficult to enjoy a swim There are better hotels a couple exits down the road. I won't be returning to the Residence Inn.

Stayed for 3 weeks and was 100 % satisfied. From a friendly and welcoming check in( thanks to GM Ronnie) and ALL of the staff for their smiling faces and helpful attitudes. We have already booked our next visit. I HIGHLY Recommend this hotel !!

Clean comfortable and convenient location. The front desk manager was very nice and super hospitable. He really made us feel welcome with enthusiasm and a smile. Room was very clean and though the bed could have been more comfortable, ive slept on a lot worse, like the Homewood Suites one exit down . Hot water in shower could have been hotter, never got past warm.

Nice place; good location for us. Comfortable mattress, clean and staff friendly. Enjoyed breakfast. We had car trouble so needed to book an extra night using points. Staff was ver accommodating. Would stay again.

We enjoyed out stay and will be back when in the area. We were greeted with excellent customer service and the property was very clean! The outdoor area is nice too! Grills, fire pit, tables and more to make your stay away from home even better.

The front desk staff were great. Rooms were clean. Took care of us and were professional. One down fall were the drying machines. Even after 3 x 30mins cycles (at 4$ per cycle), our clothes were still damp.

Staff was very helpful and curtious. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breafast was adequate. Kitchen fully equipped, ample closet space and nice bathroom facilities. Housekeeping could have been done more frequently, I satyed 6 nights and I saw them once to drop off towels and pick up trash on day 2.

I typically don't write reviews unless need absolutely calls for it. In this case it does. As platinum elite Marriott member I have stayed in my fair share or rooms and this place was unfortunately the worst. This place smelled God awful. The room was not fully cleaned (floor was sticky and tables/desk had ring marks). Worst of all the halls and room had the worst stench I have ever smelled. I would have rather stayed at dog kennel!!! The place reeked of animal urine, feces and rotting food! The fumes alone made me feel like a hazmat suit was needed. There were other problems i.e. not enough towels, room not cleaned, constant barking dogs, room not fully cooling, no one answering chat for my requests/problems, lack of actual breakfast, that I could have dealt with but the stench was unfathomable!!!!…
