The Inn had coffee, wine, soft drinks, fruit, etc. available at all times. This was very convenient when one wakes up in the middle of the night with a craving. Suzanne, one of the Owners, was especially outgoing and friendly, guiding us to restaurants and attractions, with a map of the city, upon our arrival. We are sorry to say...

Words can not explain how much my husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bed and breakfast. After our engagement, and then starting to wedding plan, I decided to find an alternative to the traditional wedding ceremony. The stress of wedding planning, and the whole idea of a big party just didn't feel like me!! After doing some research with...

Bob and his wife were very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about local dining and attractions. As soon as we got there, they asked us where we planned on going and what we wanted to do. They suggested some excellent restaurants and fun things to do. We really felt welcomed into their house. The bed was very comfy and the Miranda...

We enjoyed our second stay at The Old Powder House Inn as much as the first. Suzanne and Bob are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and amazing chefs. Again, we had the best breakfast ever at a B&B. It was one of the reasons we came back here in addition to its on site parking and great central location. You can walk...

This was our 2nd stay at the Powder House. We were in an upstairs room just steps from a relaxing 2nd floor front porch that featured comfortable seating, a swing, a stocked refrigerator, and board games. It was a great place to watch the people and horse carriages go by. Our hosts, Bob and Suzanne, and employee Susan were all...

Suzanne and Bob were great hosts and the Old Powder House Inn was great in every way! The breakfasts were delicious and the room was spacious and well decorated. I've never stayed anywhere that had a decanter of sherry in the room, wines and sherry in the sitting room and a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and snacks in the...

If I could give this inn more than 5 stars I would! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Bob and Susan are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and made by them. They made it feel like a home away from home! I can't wait for my next trip to St. Augustine to stay there. Thank you. - Mike and Ivette

For having just three years experience running the Inn, they've done a wonderful job creating a welcoming, cozy, quiet, relaxing environment. Attention to detail is a specialty and the 3-course breakfast simply -- yum, yum, yum -- as pretty to look at as delicious to eat. Our room was in the back and was exceptionally quiet, you didn't even hear...
