Once again, The Old Powderhouse was the most delightful part of our annual sister trip. We got to stay in the beautiful Garden Room. It is so serene and restful--like a desgner spa suite. Plenty of room to stretch out and hang out in loveliness. The nearby upper veranda was our favorite spot for sipping delicous coffee in the morning...

We are always thrilled to see our guests return to the Old Powder House Inn. The Garden Room, with it's two single beds on the sun porch, is the perfect room for a girls weekend getaway or a small family. And to hear that you found your room, the verandas and our breakfast 'parties' to be relaxing and enjoyable. We...

Our second stay here for our anniversary. Rooms very comfortable, well maintained, clean. Fridge w/ water bottles, sherry in the room, snacks in main sitting room, including Irish cream liquor & sherry. Breakfasts are delicious, very well done and plentiful. Hosts are friendly, gracious and accommodating. Ample free parking, walking distance to all of old St. Augustine. Conveniently located near...

Welcome Back! We are glad the Old Powder House Inn helped make your Anniversary special. And thank you for the nice review. Our location, in the middle of St. Augustine's Historic District is one of the main reasons we are here. Park your car, put on your tennies and stroll our beautiful and exciting city. What a wonderful time, room was super cute, hot tub, fireplace, allowed for perfect much needed get away. My only suggestion would be to make room for a small fridge in the room, this would make it nice for those who bring snacks, drinks and left overs from all the amazing local eateries. Location was PERFECT!!! the owners were OUTSTANDING......

The Old Powder House Inn is located in the heart of old ST. Augustine. It is an easy walk to most of the major attractions, restaurants, etc. Bob and Suzanne are friendly, helpful hosts who take turns cooking the most amazing breakfasts! They are also very helpful, with terrific suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The inn is very...

First, I must say I read the last review and was surprised at how disappointed the person was at the quality of the main breakfast course. We also stayed at the Inn during that weekend and had breakfast on Sunday (Feb. 19th) in which the main course was cream cheese stuffed French toast made with real French bread and sausage...

The Inn had coffee, wine, soft drinks, fruit, etc. available at all times. This was very convenient when one wakes up in the middle of the night with a craving. Suzanne, one of the Owners, was especially outgoing and friendly, guiding us to restaurants and attractions, with a map of the city, upon our arrival. We are sorry to say...

Words can not explain how much my husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bed and breakfast. After our engagement, and then starting to wedding plan, I decided to find an alternative to the traditional wedding ceremony. The stress of wedding planning, and the whole idea of a big party just didn't feel like me!! After doing some research with...

Bob and his wife were very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about local dining and attractions. As soon as we got there, they asked us where we planned on going and what we wanted to do. They suggested some excellent restaurants and fun things to do. We really felt welcomed into their house. The bed was very comfy and the Miranda...

We enjoyed our second stay at The Old Powder House Inn as much as the first. Suzanne and Bob are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and amazing chefs. Again, we had the best breakfast ever at a B&B. It was one of the reasons we came back here in addition to its on site parking and great central location. You can walk...

This was our 2nd stay at the Powder House. We were in an upstairs room just steps from a relaxing 2nd floor front porch that featured comfortable seating, a swing, a stocked refrigerator, and board games. It was a great place to watch the people and horse carriages go by. Our hosts, Bob and Suzanne, and employee Susan were all...
