Fun place for lunch. This restaurant has a number of "perches" that are raised and hang out over the water providing wonderful places for eating with a great water view. We ate here while waiting for our boat tour from the attached marina. The lunch menu was fine with a reasonable selection. The food we ordered was good but nothing...

The Conch House is a small (16 room), clean, reasonably priced retro (1930s) motel on a very nice marina property with attentive and courteous staff. Bedroom was modestly furnished with a Double bed. The real charm is the 1930s kitchen and bath, with original tile work, cabinetry and sinks. Shower was a cozy 1 person all-you-need-is-room-to-wash-yourself size. Living area and...

This hotel has an excellent location for downtown St. Augustine as well as wonderful activities close by like the lighthouse, alligator farm and more. The bridge of lions is walking distance. this bridge directly connects you to everything downtown. Some people rented bikes and that is all you need. Hotel was best I stayed recently. Resort is very tranquil and...

We had booked a room for one night.Seeing the place from outside we did not know what to expect. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room and was very nicely updated. Good entertainment at happy hour and entertainment in the dining room while we ate.We would definitely return here as we had a delightful time.

Menu was very limited. Bland shrimp dinner. Wait staff barely accomodating. We went on a Saturday night at 7 pm and there were about ten customers. Lots of other choices in the area to eat. Felt like we missed out. This place needs to update their selections. Beers were over priced as well as the entrees. Seems to be a...

A quaint old Florida motel, and much more, far surpassed our expectations. Room was updated and clean with full kitchen and home size refrigerator. Restaurant offered great food and service and is worth the visit just for the art work by "Buzz Saw Bob." Walk out onto the dock to the lounge and enjoy happy hour and be sure to...

This is my third update spanning an 18 month period. My first complained of outdated bathrooms and uncomfortable bedding. My second adjusted the complaining to report that owners did update certain rooms which was a vast improvement. This current one, my third having just stayed in a two bedroom suite (#4) last week, would repeat my first report of outdated...

We're transplanted New Yorkers who moved to St. Augustine 18 months ago. Ironically, this was our first visit here. Great place literally on (IN) the water! You can dine in an elevated tiki hut! Did Happy Hour @ the lounge with the wife. Good drink & appetizer offerings. Kami at the bar was very nice!

Went on 3rd party booking site for this hotel. The listing stated 4 stars. At best it was a 2 1/2. Beds uncomfortable. Shower small and air conditioner not cooling room off to the degree it states it was. The views were blocked by the tall restaurant. Best thing in my opinion was the hot showers. Wish I would have...

We booked a quick night away to see the Christmas lights around St. Augustine. We found the location of the Conch House to be perfect for us! It was a quick mile walk across the drawbridge and we were able to avoid the traffic in the historic district. Upon arrival Marion checked us in with a smile on her face...
