Each suite is equipped with a separate living room with sofa bed, washer and dryer, and a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee-maker, microwave, and induction stove top. Pet-friendly accommodations are available. Guest rooms have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is one heated outdoor pool. The property has a lounge and dining outlet, Sand Dollar Bar, adjacent to its pool area. Guests are able to use the world-class services and amenities at the nearby Don CeSar, which is about a half mile walk down the beach. These amenities include access to the two large heated outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga and aerobics classes, non-motorized watersport rentals, history tours, complimentary tastings, Kids Club, business center, PressReader access, and pool and beach games. Guests are able to make charges at the Spa Oceana, six drinking and dining outlets, and beach and watersport rentals. Access is included in the resort fee. Also included in the resort fee is premium Wi-Fi and two bottled waters, daily turndown service, upon request, and unlimited local calls.

From the moment we walked into the reception… we knew this was it for us! The checkin was easy and the people at the desk were lovely and helpful. We had a suite overlooking the beach and Gulf with a balcony….stunning! We also had a direct view of the pool. Our room had two bathrooms and a wonderful kitchenette . The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. The decor was a bit spartan but that was okay with us…I loved it here because it was quieter and everyone at the pool and the beach were so accommodating. As others mentioned there is a shuttle service running every 5 minutes or so…we visited the main hotel for lunch and to walk around but much preferred the peacefulness of our beach house. Neither the pool nor the beach was crowded and since our room was at the end ,we heard very little noise. We chose to got out for lunches and dinners to experience other places. Many restaurants were located in other hotels but the hotels were loud with crowds of people drinking…that wasn’t where we wanted to be. You definitely pay top dollar to stay at the beach house but that eliminates a large group that come to the area to party all night….we just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. In addition we drove to watch a Tampa Bay Rays game and enjoyed walking around and a fabulous lunch in downtown St. Pete…. We loved our stay!…

What a wonderful stay from start to finish! The location on St Pete Beach is beautiful. The helpful and friendly employees make this a great place to stay. We would like to make special note of Monica at the front desk who is exceptional. The rooms are clean and up to date. The beds are comfortable (and the mattress didn’t sag in the middle as many do). The suite style rooms make for a comfortable stay with a dedicated bedroom, functional kitchen including a Keurig coffeemaker, dedicated dining and living areas, balcony, washing machine and dryer. We didn’t have a car so the beach house shuttle was always handy if we needed a ride to Publix or a restaurant. (Or we could also walk to some places if we preferred.) An extra perk was being able to use the DonCesar facilities which we also enjoyed. The Beach House has amenities that we appreciated as guests including Starbucks coffee in the lobby, a welcome beverage at arrival, ice water and sun tan lotion dispenser at poolside, umbrellas and different seating options at the pool and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House! Loved having the bar on site and bar/food service on the beach. Suite was updated and clean and had very comfy beds and pillows. Never had to wait for a cold drink at the bar thanks to Chris! And Fabian provided outstanding service on the beach for chairs/umbrellas. His main goal is for you to be comfortable and he goes above and beyond! Would highly recommend this property!

Fabian who is responsible the cabanas is amazing! We rented the queen size cabana from him almost every day of our 10 day trip. Fabian did everything to make sure we were comfortable and had the right amount of sun. On cloudier days he told us when we should be concerned and when we shouldn’t. He was friendly and attentive. Beach house suites - do everything you can to retain Fabian as he is a gift to those who visit and he represents your hotel ideally. We will be back next year and will continue to rent the queen bed cabanas as long as Fabian is still working there.

fabian the beach attendant went above and beyond for my daughter and I during our stay to make our experience the best it could possibly be! He is the most amazing beach attendant and i have vacationed at many other hotels and the beach attendants have not been as friendly and respectful as he has been towards the customers.

our stay at the don beach house suites was awesome. very nice, clean & spacious rooms. you also have access to everything at the main don cesar hotel which is great. we hung out at both hotels quite a bit. can't ask for a better location, so much to do all around you. I want to give a big thank you to Reymond, who drove the shuttle...he picked us up it felt like within a minute every time we needed a ride back and forth. He was great and saved us a lot of time. we will absolutely be coming back again next year, already looking at dates!

Great beach hotel!! I prefer the Beach House Suites over the Don. The beach is less crowded. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. The balconies are huge and offer an amazing sunset view. The beds are comfortable and the suites have been renovated over the years. The staff is attentive. Stay here!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our babymoon. We had such a wonderful trip! It is the perfect mix of feeling like you are at a private condominium on the beach and at a nice hotel. The front desk were very attentive and helpful. They even upgraded our room without us even mentioning that we were celebrating anything special! We stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite that was incredibly spacious. It was so nice to have a living area and kitchenette. The pool is small, but has a great pool bar with food and drinks. There was complimentary towels and sunscreen as well. The beach was gorgeous and way less crowded than any other hotel (including the don cesar) on the beach. Fabian and Alex were great beach attendants. They spread out the chairs nicely. Every room gets 3 chairs and an umbrella complimentary. The beach is the white sugar sand and clear, green water with minimal waves. There is a shuttle that takes you back and forth between the beach house suites and don cesar that is so fast and convenient. We never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. We took the shuttle to don cesar for our spa appointments, to hangout at their pool, and for lunch. The shuttles drivers were friendly and easy to get a hold of. The society restaurant had an excellent lunch-my husband loved his ahi tuna. The pool at the don cesar was a little too crowded for my taste, but they had great live music. Overall, I felt like staying at the beach suites was the best of both worlds! We were able to have our quiet beach time, but also our nice resort time as well. We definitely will be coming back with our daughter one day! …

Fantastic experience! From the initial check-in with staff Charlie and Monica, to the cordial and hard working service from Fabian on the beach everything was tremendous!!!
