Sheets were stained and nasty room had mold and mildew smell as well as mildew within the caulking that was around the baseboards toilet had grown mildew on the inside of it it was dirty mildew everywhere ceilings peeling Riff Raff hanging around outside the hotel rooms they had security doors for the courtyard but they never lock them so anybody could come in and out of there all hours of the night

This hotel said it was "pet friendly," then refused to allow me to check in with my cat. I was left with nowhere to stay at 11 PM. They also have absolutely refused to issue me a refund. Do not stay at a place that is this dishonest. Absolute thieves.

Awful. The check in started by the counter person taking a personal phone call during check in and proceeded to answer their cell phone and did another task. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarettes. Noticed a dead roach in the sink and later on live roaches in both the bathroom and sink areas. In the morning, there was a roach on the bedstand. There was also an open sewer line at the rear of the property that continued for the entire length of stay and created a huge puddle at the back of the property. For the cost of my stay I expected better.

DO NOT go here! This place is unbelievable. The front desk ignores you and it is so poorly managed! I had reservations for 2 nights -prepaid! My flight was cancelled so we did not arrive until the 2nd night. I called the day before to notify them about my late arrival and was assured it was fine. When I got there I stood at front desk for 20 minutes while employees were talking and helping other employees with their punching out etc and completely ignoring me. Then another 20 minutes with them telling me they can’t find my reservation..only to be told it was cancelled as I was a “ no show”. This place is scary and I can’t believe how poorly run!!! The manager wouldn’t even steak to me. It was unbelievable and has turned me off of Days Inn forever. Also not in a great neighborhood and a lot of sketchy people hanging around. …

The pictures do not reflect reality at this hotel. It was run down and filthy. The room had bugs running on the floors under the furniture, the bathroom had hair and 'goo' on the walls. It stunk of mold/mildew. The pool area definitely looks like it had been neglected for years. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place is truly a dump. From the front staff, dirt everywhere, bugs, no water pressure, tv going on and off, toilet that wouldn't flush, dirty ceiling, no house keeping, no towels sent even after asking. Do not stay here.

Was moved rooms after finding roaches. Second room had roaches and mold. No bedbugs at least so that was good. This was Presidents’ Day weekend so it was insanely overpriced for what we got. No breakfast provided and internet did not work either.

This place is a refugee camp for the homeless.They say they have breakfast but they don't offer it it's nothing but a big lie they have rocks in the swimming pool . They offer no remote control to your room and then the girl has to play on her cell phone and roll her eyes at you when you need help
