The rooms at this hotel are fine, at least that's the case for the king bed with trundle bed that we reserved. However, some of the front desk staff (Shay in particular) is beyond awful! After checkin we discovered that only one of the ice makers on the fourth floors was working. We were advised that this had been a problem for several weeks, so I left a message with Shea to have the GM contact me about how the problem was going to be resolved. I never received a reply, but I did meet the GM (Kenyatta) the next day and she apologized for the issue and promised that it would, be fixed later that day. I was pleasantly surprised that the issue was (mostly) fixed that day and the GM provide me with a Samsung remote for our TV, which otherwise would not allow me to select an HDMI input for streaming. Things went well for two more days, but on our last night we discovered that housekeeping failed to replace our soiled bath towels and the empty bath tissue, after we requested service at 11:30. When We returned to our room. at 7 PM we discovered the problem and I approached the front desk, complaining about the problem. Shea was on duty again, and she remembered my complaint from check in 3 days earlier She insisted that housekeeping id not service our room because we had a don not disturb sign. on the door. I explain that this was not the case- owe removed the sign at 11 AM before ewe left to meet friends for lunch. She essentially called me a lair, and her male partner at the front desk threatened top call the police because he asserted that I threatened them. I suggested that he proceed but he quickly demurred and instead called the GM, who, it appears, instructed them to simply address the complaint I lodged. Another staff member promptly wen to ur room and provided new bath towels and a replacement tissue box, and apologized for the front desk staff. I cannot suggest that anyone stay here so long as Shay and her front desk partner are on duty…

Stayed 5 nights. Dark and dingy room, could not see through window. Requested a room cleaning each day which was NEVER delivered. How can you specifically request something with the front desk and then still not be accomplished? Isn’t it normal custom to have your room serviced? When I did question the lack of interest by the cleaning staff I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. This was not worth $500/night!! Lowest budget spot in a dangerous neighbourhood with street people as neighbours. Picture from after I wiped up a water spill on my first day.

Upon arrival, received a warm welcome with a seamless registration. The rooms are adequate; clean with modern conveniences such as USB charger stations, integrated bottles of Dove products in the shower, and a working refrigerator and microwave. The A/C was slightly louder than would be appreciated but that's typical in a smaller room. I found the property to be central for my needs; close to the I-275 with downtown only being about ten minutes away. I've noted several comments that the property has nothing around it. Not to be arbitrary, but I noticed multiple restaurants, including fast food, a large chain grocery store and others within a few blocks of the hotel. While I didn't partake in the onsite restaurant, it appeared busy and the aromas from it were very tempting. I'll be back to stay …

Spent one night at this property as an IHG member. Check-in staff was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the room had a slight smell of smoke and later in the stay, I found 4 roaches (3 dead, one alive) in the bathroom and hallway of the room. Bed was comfy and staff was amicable, but the bugs were a huge disappointment for a Hilton property.

Stayed here for about 3 weeks. Excellent staff. Polite and friendly. Holiday Inn has a gym a laundry and a heated pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this property. Enjoy your stay. I did enjoy my stay.

Good location and has a great staff. Brittany was a great bartender and server. During my short stay, she made me feel welcome with great conversations. Chef Robert also made my hotel experience by being personable and making good food. One recommendation would be to expand the menu on his skill set to bring good food fare to the hotel. With Brittany and Robert, you have a great team.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had 3 rooms. This holiday inn is a little different in that it has a restaurant with made to order breakfasts. They give you 2 adult breakfasts per room and kids under 18 get free breakfasts. We did add the breakfast option on to our rooms and it was nice. There were not a lot of people at breakfast ever so we got very good service and good food. The portions were good as well. My compliments to the breakfast staff as they were all very friendly and the food was decent. The rooms have large TVs, microwaves, and frigs. Our frig was loud and we had a cooler so we unplugged ours. The beds and pillows were comfortable for us. Somewhere On the IHG site it said the hotel was new. That may not be accurate at this point but it’s in decent condition. The pool area is nice and nicer then most holiday inns. There is a small fitness room but the equipment all seemed to be in working order. It seems like a lot of workers stay in the hotel based on all the work trucks. This was not an issue for us and noise was not too much of an issue. The hotel was centrally located for us. We did a dolphin tour at Hubbards Marina at John’s Pass and enjoyed it. We also went to a Tarpon Springs and enjoyed that as well. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Check in took some time just because there were a couple of people ahead of us.…
